Service was great and food came out in good time. Kinda pricey....but it seems like prices are just baseline ridiculous nowadays. Definitely choose this over fastfood like McDonalds or something like that.Parking: Plenty of lots to choose from if you get there right at opening. Not sure how it looks during the rush hour.

The service was terrible, they were more interested in going home because of the weather. Food was not up to par. French fries cold and they didn't follow the instructions on one order.

Same bad usual. Burgers are ok. Fries are good. Prices are ridiculous. You can eat at a steak house cheaper than you can eat at Five Guys, but Dive Guys is usually a little quicker than a steak house.

I stopped by this location in Prattville for a quick lunch. I ordered. Bacon cheese burger, regular fries and drink, and the bill was over $20. You order at the counter like at a fast food restaurant. Their is no table service. The bathrooms were not clean. Tables had not been wiped down recently, so not.clean I'm the dining room either. The burger was prepared fresh and was a reasonably decent burger. Not sure it should cost $13 without table service , but it was okay. They give you a ton a fries, but they were Luke warm at best, and very greesy. Definatly not worth $7. They have self served refills, and a good selection of soft drinks. I'd recommend going to Jack's if you want a bacon cheese burger and fries. It will cost you half the price, and taste just as good.
