Haven't been to Fox's in awhile, but one thing that has not changed is the cold temperature inside! Way too cold for an eatery--food gets cold instantly. They bring out metal plates at seating & they are ice cold! Not ideal for pizza. We suggested they bring out warm plates when pizza is delivered, but think that fell on deaf ears. Our mushroom pizza had very few mushrooms--so few they could not even be tasted! My pizza had 4 tiny, thin slices of green pepper & 2 tiny, thin slices of onion, all on one side of pizza. Probably pennies worth of each item, yet we were charged $3. We like Fox's, but wish they weren't so stingy with their toppings now (hasn't always been this way). And warm up a bit!

Visited yesterday (Sunday February 25,2024) with my infant and a friend. My infant was resting in his stroller and the hostess very rudely said that he had to sit in a high chair on grounds of a safety violation. There were maybe four full tables at best. I did what she asked and she took my stroller and parked it in the caddy near the bathroom, which by the way caused an inconvenience to get around to use the bathroom. At the end, our waitress was nowhere to be found so we attempted to go up front and pay since someone else was doing so. The hostess explained that we had to pay the waitress directly and did we know her name. She went and grabbed the waitress for us to do so. The whole experience was not worth the money spent and quite frankly I should’ve listened to everyone that said the staff is rude.

Love Fox's Pizza Den!!! We stop there twice a year on our way to Florida. The food is great and it's very clean. The waitresses are very nice. It's southern hospitality at its best. And the sweet tea is good too!!! There is parking on the street in front and parking lots close. In beautiful old downtown Prattville.
Visited yesterday. We ate in the bar area. Loved our bartender, she was great.We got a pizza and calamari that was very good . I ordered an Italian sub to go with extra cheese. I'm so glad that I ordered extra cheese because I had to look for the Meat ! Very bland , all bread. I'm very disappointed with it.

We walked in to enjoy the coffee bar. Once they took the order, they informed us we could not sit down but had to go outside. How is this a coffee bar? It would help if you informed the guests that it is not a coffee bar but a place to order coffee and leave.

The brownies are so delicious! Hopefully next time I can hang out and drink and snack at the bar. Cant wait to come back again!

1-6-24: My husband took the family and my daughter's friend out to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so nice. They complemented the kids support animals. LoL The music playing was better than the skate rink selected earlier that day. The beer flight tasted amazing and it was a good price. The appetizers were ok, but the pizza was delicious. Teddy's bourbon bar has a great selection. The "all rye all rye all rye" flight tasted really good. Next time, I drink this before eating. Too many favors going on. ?
