Ordered dinner for take out. Chicken bowl with fried rice & veggies. Chicken tasted boiled or microwaved. Rice was clumped together and was just white rice not fried. Got gyoza and they were good. That’s why they are getting 3 stars.

There was a roach that crawled across our booth. We moved. I went to eat a piece of my sushi & there was a long blonde hair wrapped in it.That was it for me.That was the second time that I've seen roaches in the place. I get it, but man, spray!

My favorite sushi restaurant! ?? I eat here often and it’s wonderful every time.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for vegetarian, vegan and food allergies!Parking: Usually plenty of parking! Although it’s a building with multiple businesses on the strip, I never have any trouble finding a spot in front of the restaurant.

Came here to eat tonight and my friend ordered a bowl and received a box. We tried to politely tell the waiter who served us and the other waitress working told us "that's your problem you ordered it" I also work in costumer service and would never talk to a customer like that no matter if they're wrong or not. They then proceeded to talk loudly about us almost on purpose so we could hear. Very terrible customer service, made the whole experience awful. Food was good, though, so that gets an extra star.

Based on a coworker's recommendation, my wife and I embarked on a one-hour journey to experience Osaka Sushi Bar, enticed by the numerous 5-star reviews we had spotted online. However, our initial impression left much room for improvement. Upon our arrival, the young lady at the register seemed preoccupied with her phone and restaurant calls, leaving us and another couple waiting for almost two minutes without acknowledgment. Eventually, we were seated, but it took a few more minutes for someone to come and take our orders. My wife had several menu inquiries, but our server appeared rushed. After deciphering our choices, the food began to arrive. The initial course was the house ginger salad, highly praised by other reviewers. Regrettably, its first impression didn't live up to the hype. It lacked visual appeal, resembling baby food over a bed of romaine lettuce. While it did possess the freshness of ginger, it also carried a tangy, citrusy undertone. My wife opted for a hibachi combo while I chose a teriyaki combo. Surprisingly, both dishes shared a similar taste, with the hibachi beef essentially drenched in teriyaki sauce. The rolls accompanying the combo were not terrible, but they lacked the flavor punch we anticipated, leaving us desiring more zest. The only dish that I thought was exceptional was the spicy tuna hand roll. Overall, our dining experience fell short of our expectations, leading us to leave with a sense of disappointment.
Little sushi/ hibachi spot in Prattville. Our waitress was so nice and even snapped a photo for us after the meal.

I love this place! I've been getting sushi from here for a long time, and they never disappoint. A little cheaper than most Japanese restaurants, but the quality and taste of the food is definitely not lacking. My must-have favorites are the spicy tuna roll and the spring rolls.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu, and they have high chairs and booster seats.

Every time I eat here I get sick. The spicy tuna roll is all I ever order. Just a heads up.

Good customer service and short wait period despite being busy. I ordered the sunomono appetizer, dynamite sushi, and smoked salmon nigiri. It wasn’t too bad but it was a little tasteless and bland. Would’ve liked more flavor. But overall, nice little place for a quick sushi fix.
