I went there tonight.They said they had No!!! large pizza's No!!! medium pizzas. NO!!!!!Bread sticks and other things.How the hell can you take advantage of the deal if there's no way to buy it!!!!! What are you gonna tell the people online!!!! THEY SUCK !!!!! That's alright we're going to Domino's.They don't run out!!!!!

Everything about my experience is great. I was missing a breadstick but did not go back and get it. Didn't even worry about calling. Everything else was wonderful!
Very cold pizza. Like it had been in the fridge. I really wanted the brisket pizza. It was a mistake. There are to many other places to waste time here.

I ordered 2 melts and they both arrived looking burnt and not appealing. They both tasted dried out and did not taste good. I didn’t feel like the hassle call filing a complaint, because nothing would happen. I had been inconvenienced enough.

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option but it’s not . When I Ordered a dinner box with some cheese sticks and went to go get it & guess what only ended up leaving with cheese sticks after being charged for both . And when I came back in after the manager left I spoke to a woman who was rude and didn’t care to even try to fix just kept saying well we don’t have it all we got is the cheese sticks and when I told her I just Paid for both I can show you all she did was shake her head and say unless they’re making it back there we don’t have it. Walked 2 feet and glanced in the back and asked someone who was walking by who I had also just watched walked back in the building and that person said no and she said we don’t have but you can take the cheese sticks . Called back to speak to a manager . Got on the phone with mr. reggie who was very helpful& polite who informed me that the manager had left . And he took down my name and number and said he would let the manager know when he returned on Tuesday . Hopefully this the super rude lady was just having a bad night but that doesn’t excuse how you treated my husband and I . I will update you all on Tuesday

The Melts are not good, imoThe crust was THIN and super brown, not the good color brown, but almost burnt up.I called the manager of Pizza Hut and he said that it's supposed to be really brown. He did give us a credit for our next order. But not sure i want to .

I just ordered a dinner box with meat lovers cheese sticks & cinnamon sticks. My pizza is not cooked all the way! I called to let the employee know what was wrong and all I got was a “well I pushed it through 2 times” this picture looks like cheese but it’s actually the thick dough… not saying don’t eat there but definitely check your pizza before leaving. I got it door dashed I ordered at 2:22 pm & it was at my house at 2:47 pm there is no way that pizza is fully cooked when I live 10 minutes away from this Pizza Hut…
Ordered pizza. Surprise Surprise. Not what I ordered. Try to call store. Get outsource customer service that transfered me three times.......over a pizza. Y'all seriously.....little Caesars is a better choice then this. Save yourself the hassle
