Floor was extremely nasty worker dropped water and other liquid and stated the mop was dirty that’s why she couldn’t use it I guess they didn’t have a broom as well. Tables was not clean as so many customers was coming in and needed to be seated. Had plenty of workers just was not being productive. Just incase check out the next Waffle House.

Clean up your store. I work for Waffle House Pigeon Forge TN. You would never walk into our house and it be filthy! The floors looked like they hadn't seen a mop in a few days. All the tables were filthy. I think retraining ALL of your staff is in order and start with the GM that allows this nastiness!

Food was “okay” but the place was FREEZING. We couldn’t enjoy our breakfast it was so cold. And the food was getting cold before you could even eat it, it was so cold in there. Mentioned it to the waitress and she said there’s nothing she could do about it.
