Lady did not want to take our order. Then the kiosk did not work and she could not show us how to make it work. Then she decided she could take our order and it took from 7:16 am to 7:40 to get 1 breakfast burrito and 1 order of biscuits and gravy. And in 20 min they never made any coffee had to wait and ask again for that.Go to the Waffle House next door the food and service is better.

This is got to be the cleanest Whataburger I've ever been in. It was something. You could tell that management really cared about the sanitation. The food was exceptional and the service was friendly and professional.

This is a new restaurant here so they are working out the kinks. But every time we have ordered ahead on the app, our order is ready when we get there! We have eaten inside and it was super busy, but no workers cleaning after patrons left which made it difficult to find a seat. Food is fresh and delicious and just like we order it every time!

Terrible food, line for a single standing toilet was 3 times longer than the food line. Both men’s and women’s bathroom had one toilet.

I had Whataburger last night at about 12:30AM, which I have done before with no problems. Once I got home I realized my order was wrong. Which wasn’t a big deal so I still ate it. Less then two hours later I puking and going to the bathroom so bad. I will never be eating from here past rush hour again. FYI I had a chicken sandwich and fry’s.

I ordered through the kiosk when I arrived. I waited for an hour and there was one person in front of me and they waited probably 45 minutes. I never got my food. They claim to be “fast food” but what is so fast about it? I could’ve went out to eat at a restaurant got my food and ticket and left by that time. It was absolutely terrible. Never going back. Also to mention the fact that 2 people were behind me waiting 20 minutes and never even got to order so they just walked out. Overall it was TERRIBLE!!!

I have been sitting here 20 minutes and all I got was a large fry. I came in with a large group of people but I was the first to order and my order was very simple. The workers were nice but super slow and all I wanted was my fries ?
No one was at the counter, had to use Kiosk. First time there, was going to redeem app promotion, ordered food, tried to scan code on screen, kept looking for help from employees, no one around. went ahead and ordered without. Waited 30 minutes for food order wrong 3 times still missing item. Will not be back. No survey code on receipt to contact company. word of mouth works
Unbelievable. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes after ordering so I just left and got Wendy's which was instantly available and I spent less than two full minutes in their line. Go somewhere else, this place is horrible.

I have never written a review before, but I am tempted to after my recent experience at this place.This is the first time my family and I went to Whataburger at my location, and this will most likely be our last. The food is good and the atmosphere is great, but the service, albeit kind, is abysmal. Not only did it take a long time for our order to be made, they forgot some items that they had to take it to the back four times, and they still missed one item regardless.Until the service improves, today will most likely be the last time we come into the Whataburger at my location.

Waited 20 minutes only 1 car in front of me and left. Slowest service ever.Never had Whataburger and likely never will.
