First, they don't have a maintenance person to fix or clean the showers. The showers slowly drain and are not properly cleaned. A driver had reserved a shower after me and asked one of the employees when were the showers going to be cleaned because multiple were finished using them and we were waiting over 25 minutes. There were a total of 3 employees at the front counter. The same employee said that we would have to wait until they could get to it because they had no one to clean the showers. The driver was upset and the employee saw that and then said "We'll you get what you get unless you want to go shower in a dirty bathroom". I found that to be disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend taking a showers here.

Special thanks to Brandon and the great employees at Wendy's. Came in late and they were very friendly, food was served hot, and above all the restaurant was extremely clean considering the location and amount of foot traffic. Was a pleasure to watch as Brandon worked the front counter and still managed to work in the dining room cleaning and emptying trash containers. He was very professional and prompt at the POS.

All your basic travel needs in one location close to Interstate 65. Clean restrooms, lots of snacks and drinks to take on your trip. Pumps are busy but we didn't find them "backed" up with lines. Two places inside for hot (+/-) food. Subway has the whole range of their signature made-to-order subs and wraps. Wendy's fill the bill for burgers and fries and such.

Got very bad food poisoning from this subway, the subway was unclean and you could tell workers didn't want to be there and didn't care about the food they were serving customers

Worst placement for RV pumps. I had to wait for a trailer in the car pumps to eat and then pump gas to be able to pull my RV forward enough to fill my tank. Still waiting. This really needs to change. Take cues from the Mapco store across the street.

This is a extremely nice store everyone is from the staff to the truckers that came in . Me and my husband took a shower the water was great bathroom was clean . Amanda thanks again for the small talk and being so helpful I appreciate it . Park was a little full but that's fine they also have a game room full of games which I never saw at truck stops before . Will definitely come back and visit here anytime also thanks to the staff members when I say above and beyond yes

I honestly wish I went to the mapco across the street the employees were rude I apparently had a time limit to pump gas and if you want quality headphones you have to wait till I'm guessing 9-10 am I got nothing but rude looks disgusting/ inappropriate behavior I expect from a 6th grader. I wouldn't come back here I'd sooner let my trucker die and get towed somewhere else that at least pretends to be decent

We stopped to each lunch on way back from Orange Beach. It is a chain so you usually know what you are getting but not necessarily. This was clean, Kahrli who helped us was very professional and polite. The food came very quickly and it was good. I tried a Jalaponia popper hamburger and it was something I had never tried. It was good and shortly after on our way to home.
