Drive thru did not know if they had creamer for coffee, did not think they had any tater tots sold at this location to complete the order, so no side was provided even though it was included in the price. I waited 15 minutes for coffee and a toaster sandwich. Very sad that these people are so poorly trained by your organization.

We frequent this Sonic and they always have great service and food! Only a few times have we had a complaint and each time the manager has made it right or offered to make it right no questions asked.

I came through the drive thru ordered chili cheese tots with no salt. I get home a few blocks away and stale covered in salt! Disgusting this place is going downhill fast

Ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 kid slushes. Waited 30+ minutes and finally had a worker walk passed to another customer’s car. Flagged her down on her way back inside to ask about the order. She apologized and said they were busy; however, in those 30 minutes only 2 orders were brought out. Order was canceled and left without anything. Will not be back as previous visit ended with no one answering the call button to even place an order months back.

The girl taking our order on 2-13-24 around 7pm had a very bad attitude, we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes no one greeted us, and when she did her tone of voice was very rude…sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting on a hotdog, and old tater tots, it would’ve been okay if it was fresh for waiting that long. (2nd time coming through and the staff has had a bad attitude)

Every time we go here they mess up our order! Today I was going to use a coupon for free med slush. I also got popcorn chicken. I got charged for my slush. Didn't realize it until i left because I was not given a receipt.
