Might be - correction, *is* - the slowest fast food joint in Huntsville. Nobody seems to know how to actually run the register, and when you get your food, it's better than 50/50 it's wrong. Not enough people to expo and take orders, and make food.You're better off going off post, getting food, and then bringing it back.... you'll be taking this food to go anyways.TLDR: more staff plz

Beyond rude to the veterans that they serve. Tatianna and Dee should not be allowed in customer service of any sort. I am appalled by the way they treated veterans in this store. Do not come here unless you want your order rang up wrong, which you then are blamed for, and then your food to be purposefully made wrong, and then laughed at my Tatianna and Dee when you ask to have it corrected. They should be absolutely ASHAMED of how they treated a disabled veteran and this store should be ashamed to employ them.

Went today and ordered a #6 Chicken Sandwich combo. What did i get? Breakfast, that's right. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and hashrounds. I told them I didn't order that and they looked at each other like they didn't know what to do so I just took it. It was disgusting and I threw it in the trash when I got back to work so if you go there at 1045 make sure the cashier understands the difference between CHICKEN SANDWICH and a bacon egg cheese biscuit.

I worked for the Exchange at this location. The Burger King had a lot of nice people that I worked with, but I don’t really care for the food. The restaurant does have a great inventory system, but the problem is that there’s too much inventory for the small layout there. And, also too, they use expired lettuce there too! Beware of that!

This is the worst excuse for an establishment that I have ever encountered. I’ve visited this place four times in 15 years and every single time I’ve had a awful experience. The only reason I even went four times is because the gates were closed and I wanted to stay on post. Every time I’ve asked for a milkshake. I’ve been told they haven’t been able to clean the machine yet. When I go to the window, there is always at least five or more people standing around jabbing their jaws, gossiping and being loud and laughing, and acting like customers are bothering them. I noticed that one of them was obviously a manager because she had a golden name tag on. The last time I was there, I asked for sweet tea they didn’t have sweet tea, but yet there were are five people in the drive-through window, talking and laughing and telling me that i need to pull around to the front because they were about to clock out. I got out, went in to get my food. They look at me like I shouldn’t even be in there. I receive my food no ice in my sweet tea, cold hamburger cheese not even melted, and cold, soggy onion rings. I believe they just want to collect a paycheck. This place needs to be shut down.

It really is amazing how this location has 8-10 people working there during the lunch rush and yet they still manage to only serve one person every 3 minutes or so. When you can look over to your right while waiting at this BK and see the subway line moving legit more than twice as fast, with at most 3 people working there, you know there is a serious problem with the staff.Really feel bad for the one young girl they have running around like crazy trying to put together every order for both dine in and drive through in a bag and help run the ice cream and drink machines at the same time.The food is always good and hot and at a good price as you'd expect from a BK, but expect to wait 30+ minutes for food here, inside or drive through.

I ordered a croissant w/just egg and 3 french toast w/syrup. Both the croissant and french toast were flat and greasy. They need to do better, I can't believe they served it like that, it wa disgusting that I couldn't take another bite. The woman who was taking orders for the drive through, looked tired and miserable. I just can't believe how flat and greasy my order was. Never going back there again, with the prices of things so sky high these days, you would think you could at least get a decent meal.

Sad to say, my order was WRONG and I found out as I sat at my desk. Not going to go back to get it fixed but I will definitely "check " my food from now on. Bless her heart for coming to work!!I I expect this kind of service from a 16 yr old working at 10 bucks and hr but not 40 plus at 15 bucks . Where have we gone wrong? Prayers

Easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Never once… ONCE… has my order come back the way I ordered it. And people, I don’t order anything special. Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a burger. Ordered spicy chicken fries, got French fries. Ordered a spicy sandwich, got a regular. Fries don’t get seasoned, food is always cold, stale, or rotten. Every few months when I forget to bring a lunch I decide to give this place another chance. From here on out, I’d rather go hungry. Go to the food trucks. They’re pricy but quality is consistently good at most of them.

I wish could use negative stars, customer service is completely useless at Drive Through, one person at the window who obviously doesn’t care about service, just there to collect a check. I like others served our country, retired and now work on base. We deserve better than what is given at this establishment. If you can’t provide good, strong customer service, close the doors. Case in point today at 12:26 I ordered large fries, large drink, and a sandwich. I received medium fries, cold sandwich and a drink with all carbonation, no soda. It’s too late to go back, only have 1/2 hour for lunch. This is not the first time either. The line was not bad, not too busy, so no excuse, just bad customer service. A smile and have a nice day would be nice, as I’m paying for a service. You have lost my business, as I won’t be back. RETIRED SFC, US ARMY, 30 years.
