My husband and I stopped at the Jack's in Elgin for a quick breakfast and it did not disappoint. The food arrived quickly, tasted great, and the lovely Belinda took such great care to check on us. We hope to see her again next time we stop in.
We love Jack's, but today we were not given our 4 breakfast sandwiches which totalled $13.86. Six phone calls went unanswered. It is a 20 mile round trip to buy food and I'm not making it a 40 mile trip to correct their mistake. I just wanted a refund.

Just went through drive thru and got chicken tenders with fries, with honey mustard and a bologna melt sandwich with only cheese. Didn't get any honey mustard, bologna sandwich had everything on it and didn't get the first napkin. Would recommend going inside to eat or check the order before leaving drive thru. Employee at window was nice and got quick service.
