Okay let's be honest, this is fast food pizza, the bar isn't especially high when it comes to food flavor. That said, compared to other carry out pizza locations in the Rogersville, AL area, these folks keep up! I always order online which is fast and easy, and I can count on the food being hot out of the oven pretty close to the estimated time... order accuracy is excellent and the pizza hut team is working double time behind the counter while still providing friendly service. Everything you can ask for from fast food carryout pizza. Remember there is no dine-in at this location and really no place close by to enjoy your pie so plan on taking it home! I strongly recommend using the pizza hut app if ya can... it might save you some "dough" with online specials.Parking: This location is part of a shopping center so plenty of parking most of the time except for holidays...I can take my 31' RV there with sufficient room to get in and put without a whole lot of stress.
Once again, they have committed fraud. Or maybe it's just a bait-n-switch. Either way, I paid PH to deliver a pizza and they chose not to. Nor did they refund the so-called delivery fee (pure profit after the $1 they give the driver, it has nothing to do with deliveries). They did send it via DoorDash but I have nothing to do with DD if at all possible. It's not my problem they're too incompetent to staff the store.
Since Pizza Hut chooses to ignore me when it's a simple fix then I'll hit them where it hurts. Every time they deliver via DD, I will not give them a dime for at least three months. Before I simply ordered less but they've shown they don't care about bad reviews or even making sales. Mark this day paper-pushers, I won't order again before May. See how much this scam earns them.

Worst dining experience I've had in years. Ordered at 1:23 arrived at 2:45 and I was right across the street, could see the restaurant. Because they are using Door Dash which takes away from their own drivers.I like the staff and drivers at this store, but hate Door Dash. Update Gave them another chance and my delivery was cancelled by Door Dash with no reason given. Called the store to ask why, they said Door Dash accepted the order but hadn't picked it up. Never doing business with either Pizza Hut or Door Dash again.

All was good. Only problem was no mild buffalo sauce for wings and we didn't receive any marinara sauce for bread
I forgot to order my pizza without marinara sauce so I ordered a new one when I got to the store (it's a delivery/pickup place). They fixed me a new one and didn't charge me.

The manager is a jerk. They canceled our order of six pizzas without letting us know. When we were trying to find out what happened to our order they acted like we were stupid. Then they were going to make us wait 90 minutes when we had already waited 30 minutes before they figured out, they had canceled our order. Don't go here.

So much wrong with this location. When I arrived everyone was outside smoking and hanging out. Ok, no big deal. But no one was inside and I waited several minutes before anyone came in to assist me. Then, they couldn't find my order which should have been done. The guy then says they forgot it in the (oven) rack and proceeded to pull it put and cut it. Never washing his hands or putting gloves on. Meanwhile there a young kid running around now in the kitchen and back among other people both in and out of uniform looking like this is just a hang out. They still can't find my wings. Then it's found in a bag in a shelf on the side of the room with random other stuff. Not in the warmer, not by the cooking stuff. Just a shelf in the corner with misc stuff. Inwas given an attitude when I came back in becasue my wings, yet again, wasn't covered in honey BBQ sauce. Like only a small spinkle on some. All our food was cold.This was the final straw. We've tested this for almost 2 years now. Unless we tip, and tip big, we get food poisoning, which we got again from last night's food. I'm talking for carry out. We always tip good when we get something delivered or sit down somewhere to eat. This is beyond ridiculous. Seeing how nasty they were last night tho I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning every time.Oh and I ordered delivery a few weeks ago online. Apparently the driver called off. Ok it happens. I went to pick it up and was told sorry and that they took the delivery charge off. Nope. I have the recite. It never came off. So not only did I pay for delivery when I picked it up, they also got the large tip since I tip well when I have something delivered.
