If I can give a negative rating I would. I arrived at 920pm waited 25 mins for a whopper meal and received it at 945pm. No refund when I asked. Was told I would get fresh hot meat for my wait. No, I want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Still sorry I can't do that. So I will be in touch with the corporate office about this. It's like no one cares anymore. Really sad as a Corporate business.

Food was awful ask for hot nuggets and fries got soggy grease after I was lied to and told they where fresh multiple issues with the same location can not add on extras to the Chicken strip wraps but can at other locations sooooo.....needs too have there cooks reevaluated!

This location is the closest to my home so we have been here quite a few times...rarely do they get our order right...food is usually cold and poorly assembled...my wife always requests no onions and there are always onions on her food...I wish they could get it together as we would give them business just due to the proximity to our home

When I got to the store it was empty no one was in the drive thru. I pulled up and waited for the woman to take my order. I repeated myself 3 times over the speaker and she still messed part of it up.we sat at the window waiting to be paid out for a few mins after that My cousin savannah said it was "the saddest meal of her life". Her burger tasted burnt, the fries tasted like cardboard, and she was given the wrong drink. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Look I get it, it's Burger king. It's not meant to be good. But this was probably the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at. The food was god-awful and I don't think I've ever had such a terrible bacon cheeseburger in my life. Onion rings had obviously been sitting out for at least an hour and the bacon was soggy on my burger. I will not be going to any more Burger Kings after this one LOL
