I have given this location multiple try’s since it is new and it has been hit or miss on the food. The burgers are decent but the fries have been undercooked and soaked with grease every time. They also started shorting you on the fries compared to other locations. For my past few orders and only give you the little cup full instead of a scoop on top of it which is ridiculous considering the price. For the price I would expect better and more consistent food but have yet to have it. Doubtful that I will be giving them anymore opportunities with all of the other options in the area.

Service for mobile orders is very slow, fries are always soggy, but the burgers have been perfection every time. Might still be working out the quirks of a new store, I think I would avoid rush hour for now.

They have the best cheeseburgers and fries. It's all fresh and hand cut. They don't have a freezer or a microwave in the building. They are more expensive than other hamburger places but it is so worth it. You won't find a better quality burger and fries nowhere. And the fries..... You get two servings per each order. Two people can share a small order. They are also hand cut and fresh.Vegetarian options: They veggie sandwich is very good.

This location in saraland al is not consistent. I visited when they opened it, and it was not the five guys' experience said I would not go back (I go to five guys on Satchel paige in mobile, the only one that's consistent) I decided to go again another fail. I was getting off late and did not feel like driving to satchel Paige rd and went to the saraland establishment again. I could smell the difference. I placed an order, and the lady looked familiar. I called the location that night and spoke with Mrs. Gwen told her best burger since they opened (asked if she worked at Satchel Paige location, she said yes)! I went twice while Mrs Gwen was there order was Five Guys way. I recently went back and was dissatisfied. I need someone to train this crew and make sure they are consistent.

Love 5 guys so I love when different locations live up to expectations! Food was great. I took a little longer than expected but overall I had an amazing experience.
I had an awesome experience with a sweet young lady by the name of Alera. She gave me such wonderful customer service. I gave her a 40.00 tip in cash. I was appalled that the manager took the 40.00 tip from her and made her put it in the tip jar. If I wanted to tip the entire staff, I would have done just that! Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Awful experience, the lady taking orders didn’t understand what she was doing forgot to make milkshakes , forgot to give me one drink. Took her over 45 mins to sweep half the store just taking precious time ... some of the cooks had no gloves on and was scratching their hands and face then touching the food. I will not be back!
