We’ve enjoyed the pizza we have gotten at each Marcos location, but this specific location needs work in the time management area. I placed a to go order and was told give them 15 minutes. I gave it 25 and arrived for carry out pick up. There wasn’t a single customer in the store and all employees were doing busy work. When I gave my name to the guy, he gave me a confused look. He went to the computer screen and pressed a few buttons. They hadn’t even started our order. He didn’t say anything, like ‘give me 20 minutes’ or address the issue. Just went to the station (without washing his hands or using gloves) and started our order. It’s wild because he took my phone order so I’m not sure why he’d be confused that there was a pending order that needed to be fulfilled.

Let me begin with the fact that my husband and I love Marco's Pizza!!!However, after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for our delivery on Saturday night, my husband called to check on our delivery. We were told that the pizza had been delivered by Door Dash..... I guess that one of our neighbors enjoyed our pizza!!!! Oh well!!! We won't try delivery again!!

While everything at Margo”s was excellent, the reason for the review is more about the incredible customer service that the lady with the beautiful eyes provided. Her help hadn’t shown up for work yet and she did it all. Good customer service always wins the day. The pizza was good too.

I've ordered here maybe 4 times since moving to Chickasaw back in April... This is literally the only pizza place I will order from now..I swear they have the best, freshest pizza compared to competitors. They are very consistent and delivery is always fast. I've never had a problem..please keep up the good work. I really appreciate yall for what u do!

AWFUL SERVICE!!! I am normally very patient with service especially when extremely busy. But this is twice I have waited over two hours for my food. I ordered delivery and the food NEVER showed up. I tried calling the store and sat on hold for over 45 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. The order was cancelled and I was never notified. I am done buying pizza from Marcos.

I have seen a huge improvement in this store. I am only assuming there is new higher management in the store and for that, it does show a bit difference in attitude, customer service and timely manner that in getting my orders. I'm glad to see a change here because we absolutely LOVE this pizza!!!!!

Marco’s in Saraland, AL used to be my pizza place of choice up until recently. We waited WELL over 1:45 minutes for our 2 pizzas that was supposed to be delivered around 1:00 hour after the order was placed. Not only did we get it late but it was cold. Very rude and inconsiderate employees who seem to hate their job. DO NOT USE THAT MARCO’S

Honestly the pizza for my wife was amazing!! Unfortunately they shorted me 5 wings I'm sure they would have made it right but I've seen the movie waiting so it's all good I just can't give 5 stars
