Ordered fries with no salt, and they were hot and delicious! Also got the fish sandwich, which was good too . Customer service while ordering and paying was nonexistent, it was like she was displeased for us to be interrupting her day, lady at the second window was very pleasant, need more like her.

I was a witness to an employee who was unlawful fired for following protocol with her manager about a rude customer who she tried to avoid contact with but the manager reassured her that it was OK, but the situation escalated into the customer spitting on the employee and was terminated because of the situation when if the manager would have been more concerned about the situation when the employee told her the situation could have been resolved but it's not protocol she should have not been fired when she came to her superior

Everybody in Saraland hate on this McDonald's but leme tell ya sum.. I go at least twice a week and get my chicken and sausage gravy when I get off work around 7-8 am.. I'm tired as hell going through that line.. the staff has been nothing but nice to me and the food is always been fresh. Had an issue with the app no biggy they got me.
