Worst experience with a drive-through ever. While ordering (1 Chicken Finger plate meal, 1 Signature Sandwich, and 1 Signature Sandwich meal) I was, of course, asked "what to drink with that?" I asked for lemonade. He said they were out of lemonade and proceeded to list every single other possible drink on the menu and say they were out of that, too, until saying the only thing they have is coke. Don't waste my time. Tell me BEFORE YOU ASK "what" I want to drink that you only have coke.We pulled around and paid, and were then handed the coke...no ice and it was warm. Girl at the window said they were waiting on the signature sandwiches with out giving me time to reply. We waited (I marked it based on the time on my receipt) a FULL 17 minutes with NO explanation or apology before getting our food. The signature sandwiches were fine, but the #2 meal was lukewarm at best, and some of the fries were downright cold in the middle, as if they weren't cooked through.While we waited, employees were lollygagging; one was on his phone, one leaning against the wall chewing gum, and one chatting with someone out of sight.Maybe it's not always like that, but we could almost have gone to a sit-down restaurant (with a 2y/o!!!) and eaten faster.Edit: I submitted feedback and was sent an apology and was told I would receive a full refund. Only been a couple of days, but I haven't received it yet.

The wait time was horrible so was the meal.I chose Zaxby in Saraland cause I used to go quite often. Maybe it was a bad time for me and Zaxby .
Even with a college football bus that had 30 players and coaches pull up, the crew held it together and I got my order in 10 mins.Everything was hot and to order. When I was leaving, the staff looked beat but were in good spirits.

My brother and I stop by here about once a month and the service is always excellent! The food is always great too. I got the chicken parmesan fries and they were the PERFECT cheat meal!
It was pretty good. The fried chicken ken tenders was dry. Seemed like they was cooked a few hours ago. But everything was clean and the service was quick and very polite.

I went here on yesterday and ordered a house zalad. The lettuce was brown, the toast was hard, and the chicken was hard/cold had been cook from yesterday by how it looked. So I called spoke with a manager she told me to come back and I did. Again today brown lettuce once again. I called and spoke with her again and she tried to fix it again. Long story short people work hard for there money and when you go by food on lunch it should be pleasing. Don't just give nobody anything.
Zaxbys is as immaculate as always its always worth the price and the quality of the food has always been good 20 tenders for 30 dollars has always been crazy too me zaxbys will always hold a special place in my heart ? ❤️

I went inside to make a to go order, and I should have pulled every single piece of food out and checked it. I was given the wrong chicken sandwich, and the salad was not made to my order. Since I didn't check the food till I got home, I was just stuck with it.

Walked in—nobody in line. Wasn’t greeted. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence. Door dasher came in and was greeted immediately and asked what she needed. I finally just left.
