“There is an obvious discrepancy between each franchised operation across the McDonald's landscape. Most experiences in this area are completely unpredictable. Most places have employees that don't care and are rude, most places are always out of something, get something wrong, or the food is questionable. HOWEVER, this particular location is awesome! The workers were friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and perfect! I was so impressed. I would hope in the future, that McDonald's corporation would send out people to experience these things and do something about it. Every McDonald's should be as reliable as the next. I should be able to order the same menu item in 6 locations and it be the same. That is the whole idea isn't it?! Other McDonald's would do well to take notes from this location.“
“Stopped to try their roast beef. I've heard alot of talk about their sandwiches so it was a must to try. The "order taker" was very friendly and helpful. He went thru all the roast beef entrees and how they could be combined. Not being exceeding hungry we settled on the 2 for $7 every day value. The sandwiches meet or exceeded our expectations. When passing thru and not wanting a complete meal Arby's will be our choice!!!“
“I don't know maybe I'm not aware of it but I thought it was a little pricey I spent $10 for a biscuit and a burrito and then you get home and with a bag and not the first napkin in there who in the world pays for food and then you can't think to put the napkin in the bag somebody needs to do “
“Went to a car show in Saraland and decided o stop in, haven't had a Blizzard in a long time, got the Oreo Blizzard, and it was awesome. Didn't get he young man's name that prepared it but he was an expert. Very good and scratched an itch I have had for awhile.“
“I've never had the Pizza Hut buffet before, but after trying it here I wish more places offered it. The food was great! All you can eat for $15. (and that includes a drink) The buffet consists of a variety of Pizza Hut standard pizzas as well as breadsticks, cinnamon breadsticks, an excellent sort of spaghetti casserole with penne instead of spaghetti pasta, and a salad bar.A really special thing was the lady running the dining room. She's obviously been doing it for quite some time. If it is possible to master the Pizza Hut dining room, she has done it. Between replacing drinks, clearing tables, and taking orders; she certainly got her steps in for the day. I've had to wait, or even ask, for refills at much less busy and much more expensive restaurants. Not so here!“
“Love jersey mikes. Awesome, fresh food. The service is incredible. The workers are hard working and always friendly. The service itself is what brings me back each time. Never had a bad experience with jersey mikes. Highly Highly recommend jersey mikes if your looking for a sub,with fresh toppings,and freshly sliced meat.“
“I love to visit my neighborhood KFC. The food is always delicious and hot. That matters to me in my community because many other restaurants here fall short of giving their best service. Even in rare instances when KFC slacks off a bit, they do what it takes to make it right for the customer. Integrity and good service keeps me coming back.“
“I must say this particular day was great, the customer service was great she was very sweet gave me plenty of condiments, also my food was soooo fresh. The chili cheese fries is the bomb omg the chili is real chili and the shred it cheese makes it a great combination. I must say I will return before it’s gone back off the menu ??“
“If you're going to get food from a place with a drive through window, Hardees is better than most and WAY better than many of those. Their new "Mexican" (burritos, tacos,etc) options are bueno. 100x better than Taco Hell. This particular location is kinda "in the hood" but its always clean and the employees pleasant.“
“We have been to both the Spanish fort and saraland locations and love both of them. The restaurant is so clean and the staff is so friendly. We love how the food tastes and are obsessed with the history spread throughout the diner. The ambiance is like a mom and pop shop and we can’t get enough of it.“
“Today I picked up an order for our local firehouse and had one of the best experiences in friendly special customer service from this manager and her workers. There was a very minor delay with order but is insignificant because I had time but most importantly she went the extra to make sure my expectations were exceeded. Hoping that they and others will see that all is not lost!“
“This is a good Pilot. The workers are nice here. The shower was not very big but it was clean and got the job done. The water was hot & the pressure was amazing! There's an Arby's restaurant inside and a McDonald's in walking distance.“
