Passing through alabama on my way to tennessee. Service and food was satisfactory. But there was a female manager that was rude and ruined the experience. Also seemed more interested in being on her phone.

The service at the widow of the drive through was much better than i’ve ever had before. He made me laugh and was super patient with my complex order which changed like 3 times from indecisive people in the car.

Waited more than 30 minutes in line to order, and I only have a 30 minute lunch. Workers were standing around and going out to smoke instead of working. Then to top it all off, got my order wrong. Never again! New management please!

No stars. Ordered my dinner for work through the app and paid . Never got my food, twice I went to drive through and once in side to pick it up. They kept telling me there was not order even though I showed the order and payment. Refused to give me my order and said they didn't deal with refunds. I call 1-800 number online. Nobody answers. I've called them three different days and times. I will never order from there again and encourage anyone that if you just have to have their food, don't pay until you get your food in person or go to a different Arby's outside of Scottsboro Alabama

Came on July 20, around 7:00 pm, there was some teenagers hanging around with a snake, coming in the restaurant & showing it to the employees, they seemed to be friends, one of the employees held it, I just hope she washed her hands after that. Food was good.
