Ashley was so helpful. I accidentally placed our online order as pickup instead of delivery and was freaking out. My husband suggest I call and have them switch it to delivery and I was like babe it’s not that easy… they can’t just do that. Anyways he insisted so I called and sure enough it WAS that easy. I told the gal my mistake and she asked if I wanted her to switch it to delivery and I said yes please! She asked for my address and told me the new price with delivery and said it would be to us momentarily. I got off the phone and told my husband OMG YOU WERE RIGHT. Not even fifteen minutes later a young guy (I think James) delivered the pizza and was so nice.These two made my own mistake feel like it was never an issue which was awesome. 10/10 recommend Dominos and these two workers.

Tried to use my FREE Emergency Pizza offer but the app would not all me to do so at this location. I called the store to ask if something was going on and was told that the owner had elected to withdraw from the promotion. WOW, how nice! So what is the point of running all these commercials and promotions on tv and internet (still now) if locations can choose to BAIL OUT of this? It doesn't seem right!UPDATE: So after the owner replied I followed their instructions ( PLEASE EMAIL US) and did just what they suggested, I sent an email to the address provided. Now here it is a week later and NOT ONE REPLY OR RESPONSE. So you take the time to respond and give directions and for what....NOTHING!!!

The service was really good. I got my food when it was scheduled. The pizza was good it just seemed that it needed to be cooked longer.I ordered 12 pizzas. The cheese wasn't quite melted on the top of them. The service was very good just the quality of the pizza.

Terrible service! I ordered online, tracker software never worked. I went to pick up at drive-in window and waited for more than 7 minutes before giving up and getting out and going inside. By the time someone looked up to hand my pizza it was already cold. I won’t be bothering them again!

Order of 20 pizzas placed yesterday at 10:45 a.m. for pick up today at 3 p.m. Got there at 3:04 - was told that they hadn’t even started our order yet because they had been slammed all day. And that there were other orders before us! Others before us placed over 24 hours ago - don’t think so!!! Supervisor Brennan was very rude slammed the pickup window in our face and wouldn’t give us a time that they could have them ready! Obviously timely customer service should not be an expectation at this location!!!

Been waiting 1 1/2 hours. No pizza. Tried calling and won’t answer line. Must be busy as hell. My last time to order online. Sucks
