We love jacks! Eat there weekly. Last week they were out of taters (no issue). BUT my 2pc fried chicken dinner came with a wing and a leg. Not the usual breast and wing or leg. That was not equivalent to the price. The serving on my husband chicken fried steak was half the normal amount. Disappointed but will go back.

I ordered a 5 pc sock meal and they gave me chicken instead. I highly advise that you don't take people here. very good service
We order drive thru and got no silverware or napkins. Bag was tipped and coleslaw juice was everywhere in the bag. Food was good.
