Thank you for feeding the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers at the Scottsboro Rec*Com! The roast beef sub was huge! Lots of meat , cheese, and veggies. I ate half and shared the other half. Will visit again!

This is a really well run shop - great friendly service. They keep the place clean, and for a chain that's what you really expect. The sandwiches are priced well and the cold cuts are fresh, and everything is out together in a flash. It's a regular stop for me when I have to eat something on the run or in a hurry.

I walked in tonight not knowing what I wanted to order what so ever. My fiancé was going to meet me there, and he said he trusted me to order something we would love. I was greeted with nothing but smiles and friendly greetings. Every single person on shift was so helpful, and they even beat Publix with their premier customer service. Not sure how you spell his name, but Devin made us the best subs we have possibly ever had. We will be driving out of our way to only get subs from here from now on! We will forever be trusting this team to make us some awesome surprise subs.Vegetarian options: I believe the number was 64, and it was an amazing Vegetarian Philly! I will have to come back soon to get another!Dietary restrictions: Super awesome to see gluten free items and meatless options since I am vegetarian!

As someone who loved Jersey Mike's out in Texas, I was excited to finally have one here in Scottsboro. Although the food has been ok, it's not worth the price or wait. My orders haven't been made right, or I've always been missing a sandwich, or I've gained an extra topping (someone's long hair, in my sandwich). No one acknowledges you when you're waiting for your pick up after calling it in or ordering it online. You have to wait 10 - 15 minutes before anyone says a word to you. Also, a huge red flag for me is the guy behind the counter not changing his gloves after touching EVERYTHING. He touched the computer screen after checking people out and taking people's cash, then the cups, then grabbed someone's sandwich and helped finish making it, then grabbed the meat and onions for MY own sandwich and threw it on the grill, came back to the computer to check someone else out, all while still wearing the same pair of gloves. As a person who worked in the restaurant business, and whose husband is a kitchen manager in a restaurant, this is a poor example of poor hygiene. Money is dirty, people are dirty, you have NO clue if those folks washed their hands or not. This is how germs and bacteria is spread. I'm very disappointed in this store and unfortunately won't be coming back.

I got the Miles’s famous Philly cheese steak. The cheese and meat are cut to order and cooked on the hot grill(way better than microwaving the meat). The price was better for more in my opinion also versus subway. My wife and I got two regular subs, chips, and drinks and came out to $30.

Be prepared to wait. A lot.First time I ordered a steak & cheese. Waited 25 min before they finally gave me the wrong sandwich. “Oh, we’re gonna prepare another one” Waited another 15 min. STILL had no mushrooms that’s o paid for but oh well.Gave it a second try. This time ordered online. Arrived at the store 30 min later and still had to wait 10 min just to get someone to acknowledge me. Then was told it was still being made. Another 10 min went by before they finally had it ready.$33 for 2 regular subs, chips & drink.At best, the subs are okay.Not worth the price.Not worth the wait.Go next door to Publix. You’ll get a better sandwich at a better price and the employees won’t ignore you. And are capable of getting out of first gear.
