Went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Ordered 2 to go meals. Food was great! However, it was a bit disorganized. I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, then found out it had been set out for pick up about 10 minutes earlier! No one had noticed it. We will back to eat there. But this time in the dining area!

The fries, tater tots, and bbq beans were exceptional. The pulled pork didn’t have much flavor. The brisket looked excellent. We had two identical orders of brisket in our party, one was very generous, the other was near half the size. I had to go back to the counter to get the fries they left off my order. The patio dining was very pleasant. I thought the food was a little pricey. We paid over $30 for a small sandwich plate and a brisket plate. It’s a great location on the water. I’d go back again, anyone can have an off day and their off day wasn’t bad.

What a great location. KCs is in Jackson County Park on Lake Guntersville. After you eat, you can enjoy the nature trails and walk out on the boat dock. They have outdoor eating which allowed us to bring our dog. The food is good, staff is southern style friendly. KCs offers relaxed, casual dining experience.

Overall, the food was awesome! Service was great, very polite. Sitting outside on the dock while a band played was relaxing. I just feel personally for me to eat and buy a total of 3 drinks. Should have not been $26

Finally a fantastic BBQ place! My wife and I have been trying to find really good brisket for a while around here with no success until KC's! It's the only thing we've had there so far but if you can make brisket that good everything else must be delicious also. Can't wait to try more soon. Great job guys!

Rude service. Tiny portions. Three starving chicken fingers on chicken finger plate. Asked for extra ranch and double portion of fries for two plates. Didn't give fries on one order. Double portions looked like happy meal for little kids. We asked for ranch and they charged extra even though we asked for extra in the order. Potato was mush. Guy responded when I asked why they charged extra and only gave us a thimble full of ranch in the order. " we have to make that ranch dressing ". Really. We were dining in. Never will go back , don't recommend. Attitudes by staff and there's better places to go. Expensive ranch. I could have bought a bottle of ranch dressing for what they charged for it and food portions. Order was wrong. Pitiful customer service. Don't go. Never will recommend. It's on the water but it's not worth the cost and the way we were treated. Not friendly.

Food is excellent for lunch and dinner. Service is on target. Ambiance is casual. We have eaten lunch and dinner there numerous times and never been disappointed. We had the breakfast buffet and were not impressed. $$$ expensive and limited (no fruit, eggs were scrambled and didn't have much flavor). I'm sure they are trying that meal out but I like my breakfast with eggs of choice, especially with the price pp.

Some of the best bbq and smoked wings. They also have mayo slaw and vinegar slaw for the choosing. Haven't had anything that wasn't quite tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entering with no steps. Not sure about the restrooms.
Prices on web site not what you web says $22pound got charged $31 then got home didn't have no sauce 2 pound family pack $63.oo want be back they need to get

The brisket and ribs had faint farm/manure aftertaste. Not sure if it was bad charcoal or what, but it was hard to stomach. The sides and everything else tasted fine. The staff were very helpful, friendly and patient while my family took our time deciding through their menu. I would go back again because I’m thinking maybe I had it on an off day
