I bought 8 pizzas 2 from 1 store then 4 more at another store. Never got refunded. This was for my daughter's Xmas party. I paid almost 90$ for Pizza's that i never got my refund but I keep getting the run around everytime I've sent emails There are plenty of them!!!

Ok the online sites gives you a certain time and it’s like always off and I try not to show up until then but they need to update this by the amount of staff they have 15 minutes should be enough for crazy puffs not 30 minutes!!

I wanna stress that the issues I have with this location have nothing to do with the actual workers themselves. They're sweet, they're doing everything they can, and they're stressed. I get it 100%.But this location always, always, always has at least a 30 minute wait. No matter what you order. It is long, and it sucks. I'm sure they're short staffed in there. I hope they eventually get the extra support they need, I think it's a failure of management more than anything else.

Some workers have ok attitude some are better than ok. I have been here a many. times to order pizza and cheese bread . I’ve had 2-3 or maybe even 4 times to where my order of cheesy bread isn’t fully cooked and is doughy or over loaded with seasoning. Haven’t gotten it in a while and hope I don’t ever get it again. I will still go here, just wish they would work more with there employees with attitude wise and there prep and bake time on the cheesy bread.Parking: Parking is shared with other surrounding stores

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS IN THE WHOLE AREA FROM SEMMES AL, TO PENSACOLA FL. DON'T EVEN WASTE THE GAS TO STOP HERE!!!! The night staff does nothing but stand around and f off. There is NEVER any food ready EVER and the "staff" just tells ALL customers it'll be a 30-45 min wait while they're are AT LEAST 4 people standing around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!I've had to wait at a few locations while they made the cheesey bread for me and was told it would be 12 mins, and it was exactly that... So how is a store full of "employees" that are doing nothing, not even PRETENDING to be busy able to to EVERY single person it'll be up to a 45 min wait?????GET SOME MANAGEMENT IN THERE AND CLEAN HOUSE OR SHUT THAT LOCATION DOWN!!!!!!!ZERO STARS! THE ONLY REASON THIS STORE HAS THE RATING IT DOES IS FROM ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT DON'T ALLOW US TO PUT ZERO STARS!
