I typically opt for delivery during weekdays and my food has always arrived piping hot and just what I ordered. Tonight I got the urge for pizza late in the evening and stuck with a simple medium original crust pepperoni placed at 8:13. I watched the status on the tracker and it went from "making' to "preparing" in mere minutes; the estimated time for delivery stated 30 minutes and it looked like it would actually be finished and en route much sooner, but no. The pizza and other food was Good. PaPa John's still never did anything about my first order at the Semmes location that was incorrect. Even though I tried to correspond with them several times. I guess I will just chock it up at as my own Fault.
