The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We did have a large party and we were a louder group but doesn't give this staff a reason to be so rude. To start off don't order the carb legs even though they are on the menu they haven't had them for over 6 months and don't inform you they don't have them before ordering. The salad was a joke, walmart has better bagged salad. After going out of the way to be nice staff, even after hearing many rude comments from them, like the main waiter saying he couldn't handle the table and needed a few minutes. A young woman waitress who said we cursed at her, noone at the table would disrespect a woman like that. But the final straw which made sure I will never give my money to this place was while we were closing out our tab the waiter tried to say thank you to my boyfriend and myself for being the only ones who "acted" right, it just happened we were the only white couple at the table too. I could see all night how the staff had acted differently to everyone else at the table. This is unacceptable.

I had the rib eye butt steak and my husband had the George's special rib eye steak and both were absolutely perfection! Our waitress was so nice and so helpful. We fully recommend this place. 5 stars to the waitress also and I can't remember her name.....pretty young lady with short red hair.

Everything about our dining experience was excellent. The food was delicious! Our server was very attentive. George's has stood the test of time in the Shoals area. We drive down from Tennessee, about an hour away, whenever we want to have a dinner that's beyond the "norm".

The absolute best steak and stuffed mushrooms I've had since Philadelphia. How ever you like your steak that is how you will get it! They know what medium rare means! I got a medium rare at outback and it was raw! Purple raw! NOT medium rare. Yes it's pricy, but the portions you get and the quality of food and service....George's is worth every cent. You will not be disappointed, that is of course unless your just one of them type of people that finds something wrong in everything.

George’s has been a favorite restaurant of my family for two decades.The last two visits have been sub par, and the quality has been below our expectations.For a restaurant like George’s to offer anything less than excellent quality and service is unacceptable.The bone in rib-eye ordered medium was well done, the French onion soup was below standard - missing the traditional cheese topping.The server was over booked and would be gone for long stretches of time.We certainly understand our experience won’t be perfect every time but for the cost of the meal and what we have come to expect - my husband and I will be waiting a while before visiting George’s again.
Beautiful place to eat..... was visiting from out of town and me and my significant other enjoyed the steak and some seafood. Steak had amazing flavor. Wonderful service as well.
