Went inside at Jacks and the girl working the front not only playing with her hair showing a customer a video and had a drink at the register I left because then had to catch the orders up she never took my order I walked out told her they suck sorry but I will not be back at this location again

Was there for breakfast, there was no coffee available for the 1st 15 minutes. When coffee was served it was terrible, lukewarm & weak. The food was also disappointing. I love Jacks but this one is not one i would visit

This is my favorite location out of the three that are within a couple miles of each other. Great people doing a great job. And being in the middle of town, people from all over come here. So there is always a diverse crowd. Great coffee, clean restrooms, and the hand dipped ice cream make me what they call a "regular".

Ordered inside, went home to eat. Opened the meal, and the melted cooky was pulled out first. Then I see the tenders. They are not but 1/2 of their normal sized tenders. I'm so disappointed, because it's the best chicken fingers in town! But hey, when all y'all have is small pieces, at least put a few more in to make up the difference!
