“I’m a truck driver and walked to Charley’s from the Pilot truck stop. I use to eat Charley’s all the time in California so I wanted it since I haven’t had it in a long time. I got the 10 piece wing combo with mozzarella sticks and a large strawberry lemonade. Besides the price being crazy high for a 10 pc (bone in) combo, it was absolutely delicious. I forgot to tell the lady to fry my wings hard, but she fried them hard anyway being that lots of people like their wings fried hard. Everything was good and hot, the strawberry lemonade was bomb ❤️ the atmosphere was very nice and I overly loved the staff. The staff was so nice and friendly, made me feel like family for real. I would recommend this place to anyone ❤️”

“Line could've gone a little faster BUT the guy working had a positive attitude and did a fair amount of each item. Not too much and not too little. A girl came out to help him but she moved slow and frustrated the customer before me bc she wasn't heating up the bacon before adding it to her sub despite her asking a few times. Same employ seemed to really crowd and get in the way of the guy working. This location seemed pretty clean and organized and when the oregano fell in the green peppers (bc she was in his way), he promptly removed them and asked someone to get him fresh ones. Their health score is a 98 and says 3/8/19! Nice find on our trip back to Atlanta!”

“I always give all the stars to local restaurants because I don’t like negativity. But I do like constructive criticism. With respect, my meal today was underwhelming. I had no idea my pork would come out soaked in sauce. I really don’t like sauce. I like smoke, bark, good amounts of fat and seasoning. I had none of that. The Mac was some of the best I’ve had, but man that sweet bbq sauce made my stomach bubblin’. Let the work shine. Put that sauce in a container on the side or in a bottle somewhere. I would also add that for what I paid + tipped, I would have liked some bread. And they need to brew some tea. Bottled tea is not soulful. I will come back and try some brisket but know that everything I say about food, is from a place of objective love for it.”

We’ve been to Pine Level and the one in millbrook bc that’s where we live. Was excited to see we’re getting one over by East Chase as well!”

“I pulled up 15 minutes until closing on a Thursday and Zander J. and crew were perfectly willing to be very sweet to me and make anything that I needed.The dining room was closed, so I thought they were closed but then I saw someone drive to the drive-thru and I followed them. I saw Zander being nice and accommodating to the car in front of me so I decided to try to order.He told me what I ordered wasn't already made but it would be ready in 15 minutes. I didn't see or hear anyone complain in the kitchen.So I decided to buy a little more, And I asked him what was already ready - He said he would go check. When he came back and told me I decided to take the pepperoni pizza off of their hands, in case they didn't have any more customers tonight. I was grateful for him going the extra miles for me.They brought everything out to the car for me when it was ready!I've never had any trouble out of this location and I've been going here for at least 10 years”

“Had the stew and 1lb of pulled pork. Both were very good. I liked that the pork was a chunky texture and wasn't shredded like it came out of a blender like other places in town. The lady who served me was also very nice and polite. Will be coming back for sure.”

“A couple of years ago, this Starbucks was not good at all. The employees were rude and the drinks were pretty mediocre. I even remember an employee lying every time I would try to order iced coffee and saying they were out because she didn’t feel like making my drink. I started going to the stand alone location down the road instead, but for the past year or so that location has really gone down and the drinks are watered down or made wrong every single time. I decided to give the Target Starbucks another chance, and I am so glad I did. The past few times I’ve been, the employees have been friendly and the drinks are made very well and not watered down at all. I will definitely continue coming now.”

“Sept 2021~Pratt. AL inside TARGET. Wished I'd gotten the young barista girl. She was working alone, 3 people in line & she knew what she was doing! Helped me on decision on type of milk I wanted to use in my vanilla latte with whip cream. She had good personality, didn't seem rattled or nervous about the line & had my drink ready so fast. Who ever trained her did a A+ job, kudos to her parents for raising such a polite, friendly girl who smiled, greeted me & thanked me as I was leaving. Such a refreshing experience to have good customer service. Rare these days.”

“It has been a very long time since I decided to sit in at a Starbucks but this morning I decided to get up randomly and go in. Having never used their refill policy before Shannon explained it to me and had a fresh pot of dark roast coffee ready for my order. I sat and listened to the music playing and really was able to enjoy coffee in a peaceful morning manner. I didn't think about the coffee being hot, I know I was still waking up, so I went back up and asked for cream and they graciously handed me a small cup. Shannon also understood what I meant when I said that I wanted the coffee sweet which was nice. I discovered that I liked a couple of the songs that were playing and I went up and asked if they knew who was playing and Chris took the time to find out for me. This crew was fantastic this morning and it blows my other experiences at all Starbucks locations out of the water. Thank y'all for keeping good people and I look forward to coming back sometime again.”

“It was a McDonald's. Food was good but I have yet to find a location that beats the one on Bell St, outside Maxwell AFB in Montgomery. They make the absolutely best Double Quarter Pounders ever. “The two women working the front window on February 23rd 1:28pm were so sweet. We were traveling to New York and it was my mom’s first time ordering and they made it so easy. Their service was amazing, they took their time with us in the drive thru, and made a great positive atmosphere. They had amazing customer service and our drinks taste amazing. The woman working the drive thru even helped us figure out the best drink to order.”
