The menu board was incomplete. The part for, Add $_____ to make a 6 inch sub a salad was blank. I asked the woman running the register how much they added to the cost of a 6 inch Sub for a salad."Well the subs are all different prices so the salads are different prices."Me: I didn't ask for the total price I asked how much the mark up was for a salad.I couldn't get a straight answer from the 3 people working in there so I left without buying anything.....

First, what is with the stainless steel hood that blocks the view of the meats and cheese? Have something to hide?Second, why am I paying for a sandwich that hasn’t been made yet? Rude!Why is it that there is never any Swiss cheese at truck stop subways? Just wondering…..The clerks were fine, I guess…. Did their job… But, they Had no real answers for my questions. However, before the veggies were put on the sub, they made me pay. Wasn’t just me, did it to everyone, Hence why I gave two stars for service..Also, this location doesn’t have black olives, or oregano. Which is the reason I will never come back here…. Ever…. They weren’t just out, they no longer offer those items according to the workers. Hence why I only gave one star for the food.Atmosphere? It’s a subway at a truck stop, gave two stars because, a subway is just that. A subway, I don’t go to a Subway for the atmosphere. But the fact that there is metal blocking the view of the meats and cheese, and blocking the view of them putting the meats and cheese on the sub, yeah, this is almost enough to not patronize any Subway ever again if this becomes company wide. Would rather skip a meal.Point, half the allure of going to Subway, WAS the fact that you can plainly see the product and watch them every step of the way while preparing your food. If that is taken away, then it isn’t worth going to Subway at all. This, and the fact that I had to pay before the sub was complete and the other fact that black olives and oregano were not just unavailable, but they have been removed from being offered at all, I will never come back to this location to buy from Subway ever again.

Lady was so rude and I asked for very little sauce, my sandwich had so much it was soggy I couldn't eat it after paying 12 dollars I will never stop there

Hard bread, sandwich was basically inedible, it's like eating a brick. Thought about getting cookies but there were several flies in the container with the cookies. Things were also not stocked/ not many topping options available. Spent about $9.50 for a 6 inch brick. They talked about closing due to running out of bread, doesn't seem to be a 24 hour place; it seems that they just decided not to make bread and was trying to get rid of all the old bread to leave early

Closes at 11 pm. At 10 pm a sign is up saying "back in 30 minutes" So sorry I couldn't try any food because no one was working. Ridiculous to expect drivers to be able to wait around. Looks like you need to hire more or better employees.

The wait time was long (more than 20mins total) which I understand because it was busy, but I digress. The manager was rude and kept complaining because he needed a break to smoke. They were out of chicken and we had to wait for it to cook and he toasted the sandwich it without asking,which I didn't want. They were out of 2 of the 3 meats for the cold cut and mayo so I just got bologna with mustard. In the middle of making the sandwich the manager just walked away and let someone else finish it. I wasn't given a receipt. They didn't even have the right lids to fit my drink cup. I've had bad experiences, but never this bad. I would've spoken to the manager but he obviously was more worried about smoking. Also, another customer in line ordered a cheese pizza and they put extra cheese on it. When he said he didn't want it, they told him he had to pay anyway. I will never return to this location after the way we were treated. Honestly, I would've liked my money back, since the sandwiches weren't even what we wanted but again, no receipt.
