Called for delivery and got hung up on in middle of making my order. Called back. Some my order wasn't delivered, Called back and they said it was on its way and was never received. As an out of towner I'm a little disappointed in the service I received when back home it's my favorite place to order from.

This is carry out only. They were a little busy. 7 people standing & waiting. There a TV display that says the order name when it’s ready. I never saw mine up there.
As a door dasher we don’t have time to stand around and wait do to you not seeing the order. You cost us money by the negligence of the employees. Now I’m having to wait 15 minutes to get my order and another 10 to deliver and another 10 to come back. We work on an order based pay. Now you have cost me at least 20-30 bucks for you negligence. Pay attention to your job or go find a new one.

I've been eating pizza hut for decades now. This was the worst pizza that I have ever gotten. I've been to this location before and have had no problems but my last visit was terrible. Great staff but not great food. I'm certain they had made this pizza for someone else and it was sitting in the warmer to be picked up so instead of cooking a fresh pizza I think that I got the pizza that had been sitting there.

Poor inventory management. Not unable, but unWILLING to eat a $6 price difference to substitute our meal. For a large corp, this is sad and we will not be coming to this location in the future.
