We usually eat at the restaurant and enjoyed every visit. We decided to do carry out and Very Disappointed. We paid the same price as dining in but the amount of food that we received was about 1/4 of what we get when we dine in. Barely enough food to fill me up.

Great place to celebrate a couple of family birthdays! Our chef put on a great show! We had more than enough food to eat & it was all wonderful. We had all the proteins between us & all were great. We will be back.

The waiter was not helpful. Our meal was not correct. The manager came out and said that it was made correctly according to their new preparation. The food was not good, and we were not satisfied. The manager was not helpful, and the waitress brought out our food and then brought out the ticket as soon as she sat the food down, there were no refills or questions of hospitality. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied I’m not sure if they are under new management but today was by far a waste of $80!

We were not welcomed in by management or employees, and the restaurant was not busy from our entrance. I gave them the possibility of having a lot of online orders or a rough day. The staff was very dry and had no answers to our questions. The portions were the same price but smaller compared to us visiting last month. The eel sauce and all the other sauces did not taste the same as usual. It’s almost like the place is under new management. The manager or owner came out and was very rude. This place used to be great with awesome customer service and awesome food. Now the food is hit or miss with dry, rude employees and managers. I will not return because the manager or owner was rude. The customer service was terrible. The sauces did not taste the same; to be exact, the Yum Yum sauce had half soy sauce. I’m not sure if someone messed up the batch or if it was used to shortcut the recipe. Overall, the food was okay, customer service sucked, and the owner was rude. I won’t be back and if you go beware of the bad customer service and rude management.
