My sister just HAD to have a Arby's roast beef. I went through the drive thru and was greeted with Customer service that was great. Ordered and drove to pick up window. Cashier friendly and no waiting for food. The roast beef sandwich and mozzarella cheese stix were were hot and definitely delicious. Just an added note. The cashier was very nice, thanks, and have a good evening. I really appreciated the kindness after a long day!!!!!
When I've gone through the drive through or inside the restaurant, the staff are extremely nice, they get my order right each and every time. Keep up the great job!Parking: The parking is always accessible.

Usually this particular location is great but unfortunately even they have started shipping.So as per-usual I pull up to drive thru and order the 2 for $5 roast beef sammy's and ask for them to add cheddar, but before I could say anything after the words 2 for $5 came out I was told there's a hold on the roast beef??? Like what? This is ur main item, but ok how long of a hold because u asked if u could get me something else...20 minutes so I said I'd come back. Well ling story short i went back and this was NOT freshly made roast beef by no stretch of the word it was put on a different kind of bun and they barely put any cheddar on them at all.Im not sure what the deal was but im sure hoping this was a once in lifetime thing and not the start of the decline of about the only fast food restaurant in sylacauga i can even stomach.

Is Arby’s even open? We Couldn’t even tell whether or not this place was open because the outside light above the drive-through was not working and neither was the light on the menu board …..Thank God this place has a sweet, sweet lady, working in the drive-through and we got hot fries!I bet these people are glad they are not working for tips. Otherwise, they would literally be broke for general management if you asked me.?

Today was the 2nd time I've been in this restaurant in as many weeks. 1st visit you could hear who, I assume, is the manager talking badly about customers all over the dining room. Today, visit #2, I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes, had 2 employees walk past me without acknowledging my presence. Finally just got tired of waiting, only have so much time for lunch.

Friendly staff, food was fresh and made exactly as ordered. Tried the poppers and the new waghu burger with curlt. Was pleasantly surprised with the burger.
