Paying bills in Sylacauga and down from At&T there's a Captain D's. My sister wanted a catfish dinner. She ordered catfish with green beans and cold slaw. I forgot, we went through the drive thru. The employee taking the order was friendly and thanks for your patience. We paid for the food and cashier "have a good day". We did have to wait a minute. My sister could not wait to get back home before she starts eating the food. Wow!! It is that good. A good choice in Captain D's.

Got to be the worst Cap. D’s ever. Last 3 visits the food was garbage. Even told the mngr on my most recent and I still got garbage. Okra was dry cold and old, broccoli was old, fish was cold, crabs were dry and old. Everytime it’s the same. I don’t mind waiting for food, I do mind paying $24 dollars for garbage.

Second time I did not get my complete order at the drive thru. Will not answer the phone. Tonight I was shorted one plate which left one family member with no dinner. Went back and was told all the plates ordered were brought out. I bought 5 plates. Only 4 in my bags when I got home. Yes, I should check before leaving but people are waiting in line. The employees should check every order for accuracy before bringing it out!!

While in town we stopped in for a bite. Been several time and always a pleasant experience. when I tell you the staff is overly helpful and kind here I mean it. They made me feel like family. The food is as alway delicious and consistent. Everything was cooked to order and the meal was great. The interior was clean with everything you could need was there for the asking. Thank you Sylacauga Captain D’s you are a cut above the rest.
They gave me some fish that was hard. It was like it had been setting there all day. When I tried to call they didn't answer. Very poor customer service.

I would like to thank Jennifer Goff of the Sylacauga Captain D's for her hard work. Today, and as noted on several other occasions, she was the only one at the front, working the drive through and the inside register. She was doing the job of 3 people, and handling it all with a smile; although, you could tell she was running herself so hard. She was also delivering food to those awaiting their order outside.I hope Captain D's really appreciates her and pays her for a job well done under such circumstances!

The worse fish sandwich I have ever had. The fish was mostly breading and overcooked to the point you wouldn’t even know it was fish. The Sandwich was supposed to come with tartar sauce and lettuce but what you get is two pieces of over breaded over cooked fish on a bun with cups of the sauce which you have to put on your sandwich yourself. Horrible and certainly not worth the money. I will never go back and certainly do not recommend this Captain D’s to anyone.
