Where do I even start??? We went here a few weeks ago for dinner. It was a slow Saturday night and we ordered basic items on the menu including chicken strip baskets, a burger basket and a birthday cake shake. While ordering, the guy behind the counter skipped over my wife, and ignored her when she made her order. He stared at me and expected me to speak on behalf of my wife. We waited 30 minutes on the food and the entire 30 minutes, the staff in the back were at eachothers throats because they were short staffed and staffed with inexperienced workers. When the food finally came, my shake wasn't even what I had ordered. The chicken strips were RAW. We saw PINK in these uncooked strips. The final cherry ontop was the dark brown hair that I found in my overly seasoned ranch chicken (barely edible). After getting the only employee who spoke english, we ended up demanding a refund on our meals and walking out. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I ate here today. There were women using the men's restroom. They left rolled up feminine product in the floor next to the toilet. I thought we were bad. Ladies yall are animals and nasty.

Every time I eat here, the women's restroom is locked. The restroom I'm told has a water leak and to use men's restroom. I walked in, walked out, could not/ would not use men's restroom due to men pissing everywhere and the stench is horrible. I ate here last month and the female restroom was locked just like it is today. Seriously, get your female restroom fixed!!! Where are little girls suppose to go urinate at?

Everytime time we come here its a bad experience I went today and like always the blizzard I got was done poorly they never put hardly any ingredient in the blizzards and they never mix them up the one I got today was a choco strawberry and had to give it back they said they was going to remake it but they didn't and they didn't add anymore ingredients to it they just mixed it up some more it was almost straight vanilla the burgers here also will have little tone bits of bacon on it and very lil sauce on them they are very greedy on the ingredients and the owners here are very rude and will go straight to trying to argue with you I don't not recommend this DQ I will start going else where I'm done giving them a chance

After waiting in line for over 15 minutes , we pull up and make our order. A order for two people. We specifically ask for no tomato’s or pickles on one sandwich because am allergic to them and they end up putting them on there anyway. , fry’s was cold .. the second order was chicken strip basket. They was super hard and the fry’s was cold as well I must say I will not be going back there after I went inside to tell them they said it will be 10 or 20 mins. Before they can even remake. Forget this place !

That don't have cherry dipped cones or strawberry vanilla swirl cones. We settled for plain vanilla cones, which were good but not what we really wanted
