My new credit card was only used at this establishment and hours later was used fraudulently ordered dominoes..later weeks ago I saw on the NEWS..that it was happening to a few other people done by college students. How sad :(

To be honest, the best Hardee’s I’ve been to is the Sylacauga, Alabama location. My husband and I travel and we stop at other Hardee’s but the one in our hometown is honestly the best one, in my opinion. I can’t never make my mind up on what I wanna eat when we glare there. I mostly eat just breakfast but I also do lunch/dinner items. Right now I’m hooked on their Chicken biscuit with honey, the butter with honey. My husband is stuck in their biscuit & gravy, sausage biscuit and the steak biscuit. When visiting my Mama, she’ll ask for a steak or pork chop biscuit. On their lunch/dinner menu, I must recommend the # 5 ( Bacon Cheeseburger), # 11 (Hand -breaded Chicken BLT), they currently have a special going with 2 chicken tender wraps for 5 dollars, I love the ranch wraps, and I also highly recommend the chicken tenders. Their tenders are always cooked fresh and are so tender and juicy. I have honestly gotten to where if my family wants chicken, we’ll go to Hardee’s. The atmosphere is always friendly and pleasant. They have great service. Ever is always smiling and every gets along so well. You truly feel welcomed there. They are one big family at Hardee’s and they treat you like family as well. If you haven’t stopped by for breakfast yet, you are truly missing out!
My sister and I used the drive thru to pick up a couple of burgers and fries to have for dinner at home, (as if I don't know better).?When we walked in the door, we were hungry and just ready to eat, just to unwrap not even slightly warm burgers, which were a worse level of yuck due to them having gravy, mushrooms and Swiss cheese on them- and the fries, they were in a whole different category of their own, which is when they've been cooked and under the light for hours- but next person who orders fries gets them dipped back into the nasty grease, that from the taste of those rubbery, cold and greasy French fries, the grease was old, as well- and apparently, it was way past time for it to be changed!!? Needless to say, it's pretty obvious that complaining doesn't change anything, after I read the reviews that were left months ago before mine, and still, they're allowing food to leave their restaurant, that they CHOOSE to serve to their customers, that they more than likely wouldn't even eat themselves!!!! Oh yeah, you better make sure you have a pocket full of money as well bc for 2 combo meals that we couldn't even eat and 2 apple pies, that we waited to cook for 10 mins, our grand total was just a little bit of change short of $26.00!!! That's incredibly expensive for fast food and it's not even decent enough to eat!!! I have always loved Hardee's burgers and biscuits and I'd love to think they're not ALL this BAD, but Hardee's on 280 in Sylacauga Al, if they can't do any better than what they've been doing, for way too long now, they'd be better to lock their doors and turn the lights off! I worry about nasty food making innocent and trusting people sick!?Serving the public food is a very serious business and those folks need to wake up and realize it!!! ???

This restaurant has the best steak biscuits! I go to other Hardee's in my travels around Georgia and Alabama and their meat doesn't taste good. Sylacauga is great!!!

Service seems to be extremely slow. I'm not sure if they are all still training on the equipment, but most other Hardee's I go to are much, much faster. Their attitude is sweet. The food is... ok.
