Excellent experience. Food hot and fresh including fries. Service was above norm! Staff friendly and morale seemed to be up. This is all after avoiding this McDonald’s for a couple years. Must’ve gotten new management or something. Don’t know if it’s like this all the time but this is lunch time on a Thursday and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s anywhere!!

If I ask for my food to be cooked fresh they just refry the food and leave my fries sitting in the bag until they are cold. Staff aren't friendly and they are rude. I don't go to this Macdonalds to personally eat but sometimes my children eat there.
Open at 5am and still wasn't serving at 6am when I was told to come back in 15 min. I waited patiently and came back just to be told they were not open. Won't be going back to horrible business again. Will spread the word in Sylacauga so no one else has to experience what I did. Turn your light off if you're not open. Place is run by incompetent management who does not care at all about customer service

I visit this McDs weekly because I work close by. The ladies know me pretty well and always greet me with a smile and ask how I'm doing. I love that about them. It's always clean.

Ordering was slow . The food was fresh and good quality. The people working acted like they hated to be working and definitely did not care about the needs of the customers. When you ask for simple things like napkins, ketchup, your nugget sauce it's like you asked them to give up their first born. Tables were dirty and restrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all that day .
