I've always favored Panda Inn over our one other Chinese spot in Sylacauga. I typically prefer short-order to buffet restaurants on the whole, and they do a perform quite consistently here. My favorites are the Honey Chicken and Mixed Vegetable with Garlic Sauce. The veg always has a fresh taste and texture, the honey chicken is a fried delight that goes well with siracha.
