Food prices are increasing to where a family will spend over $54.00 just for lunch. That's ridiculous.However don't blame Popeyes blame 535 MT minded politicians on Capitol Hill who rather support other nations but not USA, they caused this inflated price hikes.

The greatest thing about this Popeyes location (which is in the Atlanta Airport), they had a good supply of chicken, that they had just prepared. There are not many Popeyes that are located in my area that can make that claim.

I was told limited on chicken peices when I was told nothing and I called back with a four minute wait ok come on corporate call me and then the manager refused her name after she hung up on me twice

I placed an app order for 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 fry, and a sweet tea. The app said it would be ready at 1:23 pm. We walked in the door at 1:28 and they had not even pulled the ticket to fill the order--we were the only customers inside and the drive-through was not busy.The girl who pulled the order ticket dropped it on the floor behind the counter and went to the back to get fry bags. The drive-through girl picked up the ticket and set it on the stainless steel counter where they fill orders. Yes, a ticket from the floor was put on a food-contact surface. This lack of sanitation is why I rated the food at 2-stars----unacceptable.We waited 7 minutes to get our food (12 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). So much for saving time by ordering through the app. While we were waiting, one of the women came up front from working in the back, complaining openly about how heavy what she had picked up was, and made a snarky comment about how the reason she had to pick it up was because, "some people don't want to work." Do you think your customers want to hear your employee problems?My wife likes the spicy chicken sandwich, but due to a health issue, she cannot have as much spicy mayo as they put on a spicy sandwich. So, we normally order a classic sandwich and she gets a small plastic sauce cup with some spicy mayo in it to put a little on her sandwich. The girl at the counter refused to give her any, even after she explained why she wanted a little in a cup. There were multiple managers present, and eventually one of them sent the drive-through girl into the dining room with the spicy mayo---though it was after my wife had eaten 3/4 of her sandwich without it.The owner of the restaurant was in the store before we left. My wife pointed out the reason why there is a line of people waiting for food at the local Chik-fil-A and there were only 2 customers in his restaurant. He replied that if he weren't making money, he would close the restaurant. Apparently even the owner doesn't care.

I came into Popeye's to get food Sunday at 5pm.. the manager was rude they didn't have any gravy for the potatoes and the manager said the cole slaw was bad... Do people really eat at this place.. I need the district manager to contact me... this store is extremely dirty with food in the floors as well as dirty napkins and napkins... employees are sitting down eating instead of working towards cleaning this place up... Popeyes really needs new management...

The last 3 times I've been i didn't get any fries with my order like i was supposed to. This being the 4th time, I didn't get my tenders. No big deal, but I call to make someone aware that things aren't being done correctly because I love Popeyes.The lady that answered the phone was rude, wouldn't let me speak to the manager, and hung the phone up.

Almost every time I come here I have to wait on Chicken, including this time, (currently waiting in drive thru). Most of the time there’s only 3 or 4 cars in the whole lot, to include drive thru. Really hope you guys get a grip on the issue. They seem to go through managers like crazy.In a good note the young man at the drive thru was very courteous and professional. 3:10 / Feb 10th, 2024

Every time my husband and myself try to go to this fast food restaurant the lobby is always closed. There should be absolutely no reason as to why it is closed. I use to be a manager at a Popeyes in Tennessee. Our lobby’s were never closed unless we were told by our supervisors to close the doors. Please do better.
Food was fantastic. Service is very slow. Never ate meal in location.Parking: Location is on main strip through city. Very difficult to get to location without being rear-ended. Parking lot is tiny. Difficult to move around with vehicles.

They get my order wrong everytime!! They gave me breast instead of chicken fingers and the wrong lemonade I asked for mango and got strawberry. I work in fast food and understand not hearing well, but I spoke very clearly and repeated everything.
