went through the drive thru tonight for kids meals for my grands. I asked the person on the DT because I believe she misunderstood as my kids were talking in the back ground to repeat the order which btw was only 2 kids meals “ the orange frosty was down” she then proceeded to repeat my order by yelling at me, definitely had my order wrong and I wanted to ensure it was right versus them making it, then remaking it. she was very unprofessional and loud then made sure she wasn’t at the window when I pulled up and I was told she was the manager when I asked to speak to one; so using my better judgment decided a review would suffice. Then after all that the food was cold but to keep me from being confrontational since she was past rude, I didn’t even need to walk into the establishment money wasted. With the cost of everything going up you would think corporations would ensure they have the right people representing there brands.Very disappointing, dissatisfied and will be praying for her to have a better day.

I was in the drive thru line for over 15 min just to get cold fries . I got 3 large fries double burger and chili. When I went in to get hot fries the manger lady was rude and super unfriendly. She didn’t believe me about me either. She spoke not one word to me . While I waited over 5 min for my fries she was gossiping about drama with the other workers . This lady has got to be the poorest customer service manger ever in Wendy’s history.

Visited Wendy’s via the drive thru at 9:30pm on Thursday night, 3/7/2024. There were two cars in front of me. At no time did the drive-thru attendant even speak to the customer…no orders were taken and all vehicles drove away, taking time to stop by the window to which no Wendy’s employee even acknowledged them. From the drive-thru window when I drove up, three ladies could clearly be seen and did glance in my direction, but never came to speak or provide service. Absolutely horrible customer service and clearly no concern for their responsibilities. Consideration should be given to provide incentive for them to find employment elsewhere that does not involve providing a service or interacting with customers.

The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic about their customer service. I got a free sandwich through tmobile Tuesdays app, and had a little trouble with it. So I called & she (wish I'd asked her name) was super easy to talk to and made the experience way less of a hassle then I expected lol.

This has to be the most ghetto restaurant in town. Idk know if it's the long drawn out ughhhhhhh I got when I asked for ketchup. Or the lips smacking Wats u want to eat. Or the horrible attitude. Or my order being wrong 3 times back to back. Or all the flys in the dining area won't be back. Chik fil a is way better but you get what you pay for
