I went to Jack's first to get chicken fingers, and they were out of honey mustard. Then I decided to drive across town to Zaxby's. I asked for honey mustard twice when I ordered. When I got back to the office I had a package of ranch and a package of Zax sauce. I was so disappointed. The food is good, but I really wanted the honey mustard and they charged me extra for it! That's why I gave them 1 star for service.
Yeah no that awkward outside ordering has got to stop. She didn't even have a menu for us to look at, and we could hear her out of the speaker 10 ft ahead. Why couldn't we just make a normal order? Drive time really needs to stop being an issue with these fast food establishments...
