The staff act like they are put out to have to do their job. I sat in the drive through line 15 minutes with no one else in line with no service. I had to call the store before I got someone to take my order. They acted as if the resented having to take time out to bother with my order. The food was poor and cold. The service is terrible.

I love the energy the folks there give off unlike another auto parts store I used to frequent. Anyway there's a young man in there that didn't dilly dally about helping me 100% with everything to do with my car. I will be going back as long as the employees there, along with their great attitudes, continue to help us customers. Thanks guys.

Had Hardee's last in Prattville 2021, double cheeseburger exactly as described, several of them ordered for everyone and was excellent. We went 9/15/2023 at 11: 45 am. Tallassee restaurant was food quality so bad it should be closed, subpar service, served with a side of attitude. 1 mushroom swiss combo w fries and tea, Frisco burger combo on white non toasted bread, with fries and tea. This did not resemble what Hardee's was just 2 years ago and has been for decades. Both meals cost $20, both meals served cold from the refrigerator, bun, cheese, meat everything, cold. We went at lunchtime, there was only 1 car at drive through we were only customers in the restaurant, easy to see why. We have contacted CKR who owns Hardees about a refund for this. No stars is actually my review.
