I ordered 2 medium pizzas and redeemed points for a chicken carbonara pasta. I arrived 40 minutes after placing my order, to be told at the drive through window my order just went in the oven, and would be 15 more min. They did not appear to be busy. I drove around to wait. I received my food and drove the 15 minutes home. When I opened the pasta, I noticed there was no chicken in the dish. The pasta dish with chicken in the name contained no chicken. I tried several times to call the location, but noone answered the phone. Not happy with my purchase.

I was just at your store (4/6/2024) at approximately 6:00 pm and received a pizza with possibly spoiled sauce. It was a spinach, feta pizza. I’ve tried calling to let them know so no one gets sick but got tired of waiting for someone to pick up. It is nasty.

I'm so ticked right now! Can't talk to a real person for anything, because you know my phone number and that we just picked up our order, so seems you don't want to own up to what was wrong. Yeah, leave me on hold for 10 minutes. I have never called and complained to any food company, but this one has me ticked. Especially with your customer service. We’ve had 2 incidents recently days, and have requested refunds for both, since we couldn’t use the orders, since they took so long. I haven’t heard back from customer service after 2 requests.On 02/24/24, Order #641 took around 3 hours, store was unreachable, and once order was finally delivered, it was no longer needed because we had to come up with another dinner plan, so that our kids could go to bed on time.I thought this may have been a fluke, and that the store would get back to their normal very reasonable delivery time and great customer service.But on 03/03/24 (Order #1175), the same thing happened again. App said “Q was prepping my order” and then it stayed in prep for three hours and I couldn’t reach the store. We had to go to bed because of work/school in morning, so I tried to cancel the order, but couldn’t. The driver ended up delivering it three hours and 20 minutes after I placed the order, and left it by my door to be found cold this morning, and had to be thrown out. I did appreciate the driver finally texting me, but we were asleep since it was around midnight.I don’t plan to do business with a restaurant that can’t be reached, that waits 3-4 hours for delivery twice in a row now, and that has no reachable customer service team.

Placed an order online before I left work.Scheduled it to be picked up at 5:30.Arrived at the drive thru at 5:35. Was told it would be 6 more minutes before it was ready. No problem. I paid the gentleman, and he asked me to park out front, and they would bring it out when it was ready. Several other drive-thru customers came and parked as well. Finally, 25 to 30 minutes passed, and still nothing had been brought out. I tried going inside to check on things, but the doors were locked. Owner's, Managers, please fix this. I realize y'all are busy, but after a 10 hour day at work, I don't need to spend almost another hour trying to buy food from your business. Thanks.

I called and waited a long time for someone to answer but I never got one so I ordered online and went up to the store to go through the drive thru window where I was told it would be a 40 minute wait because they had a irate customer to come up there so they were behind. I then decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. I noticed that there was 4 cop cars in the parking lot so I wasn’t about to hang around and find out what had happened or was about to. I believe under different management the service might be better.

We needed 20 pizzas for an event (they arrived on time and tasted great), I tried to make sure that we were ordering from the closest location. The people on the phone answering service said it was the correct location. The delivery girl forgot to give me my receipt. I went to 3 of the closest locations...none of which were the location that made or delivered the pizzas. Each manager (except the last) mearly sent me to the next closest location. Frustrated and about in tears, at the final location, the manager had compassion on me. She hunted it down and texted the receipt to me. It is so hard to get ahold of the specific locations. Each manager said that the answering service was put in place to bring order and allow the people to work more efficiently without having to man the phones...but it has caused more issues.

I go out of my way to this location. There is a closer location to me but I chose this one. My food is always made correctly and is always hot when I pick it up.Update on 1/22/24. I ordered online on 1/21/24 for a future pick up. They were 20min late on my order. Not understanding why or how this happened. They weren’t busy and offered no compensation for them being late. Q was the one that made the food. Not sure if he was the only one at work and just didn’t care.

I’ll just make a review since I can never get this Domino’s store to answer the phone. When I make my online order I have my fingers crossed hoping it doesn’t say “Q began preparing your order” when I make it thru the checkout process. I’m starting to think this “Q” guy has something against me. I mainly order a large hand tossed cheese pizza with extra cheese. This should be the simplest type of pizza for them to make but evidently not. When I receive my pizza it never has extra cheese. Sometimes it looks like it has less cheese on it than normal. The pizza has big dough bubbles on it. This time I order a pizza with extra cheese, beef, jalapeños, mushrooms, and black olives. He didn’t bother putting the beef on it and he didn’t add extra cheese. I finally get ahold of the store and come to find out this “Q” guy is the manager. He is so unprofessional and has an excuse for everything. This is the last time they disappoint me. From now on whenever I see the name “Q” has began to make my food I’ll just cancel the order.

How is this location still in business? False delivery times and never answers the phone. If you order from here, make sure you order 3 hours in advance, but honestly just don’t ever order from here.
