Talk about good Chicken! I grew up about an hour outside Buffalo,NY. These wings are on par with any I would get when I lived there, they are that good. Get the bring the pain sauce and honey garlic and you will have a good time! Also shout out to Laura for the excellent service.

I ordered thru DoorDash & let’s say the boneless wings weren’t completely tossed & everything was burnt. On top of that it was cold. I didn’t get a refund from DoorDash so I’ll NEVER again will be eating

We love Baumhowers but the Troy experience was one that made us not want to come back. The food took forever and when it came out was mostly cold. The chicken and burgers were severely overcooked and the steamed broccoli was not cooked at all. Service was ok waitress was nice but we felt rushed to order as soon as we sat down. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Great atmosphere and good food. Only issue I had, and it wasn't a deal breaker to me. Sitting at the bar, the bartender was making a drink and slung water on my girlfriend and I. He was unaware of it. and I didn't bring it to his attention. We both laughed it off.

I'm not going to elaborate on the bad experiences I've had here, for example: undercooked bacon, over cooked mushy shrimp, watery pot roast,etc. No, this is specifically for the night manager Bella. I've come in here during the day and night. It seems that on the nights I come in and I have a messed up order, she's always on duty. Horrible attitude, rude and condescending. I should've reported her over the first encounter. My mistake. Tonight is the first time I have come in here in months. But now I feel targeted. Walking around saying "why won't they just leave already?" It's because I'm writing this review. Aloha Management, if you keep her, she will be your downfall.

This was the first time that we have visited Baumhowers in Troy. We live in Ozark, a 30 minute drive. The appearance of the restaurant is amazing. The food was also great. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Claire was our server and couldn't have done any better, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Come to find out she has only been there for 2 weeks. The manager Eddy was also friendly and made the round and visited all the tables.
