Was charged full combo price and given the smallest drink possible, like kids size. The night shift is the rudest, smart azz ppl ever. Don't eat here after 5, if u do u was warned

The workers were cursing and talking very loud,told me and my husband that they didn't pay them what they had worked and they didn't pay the man that fixed the ice cream machine. Went one time after that and one of the same workers was out side cursing so loud, I thought she was about to fight someone then realized she was on the phone, I spoke with the manager but it didn't seem to matter! DO NOT GO HERE!

RED the manager that was working night shift along side the crew members gave me one of my best and remembering experiences. Thanks again guys I will visit this location again. Red greeted me as I entered got my confusing order correct Served it fast and was fresh. Her energy and hospitality was amazing. Thanks Greg the guy with the heater who needed extra assistance.

The worker at the window was so rude. My friend who was driving asked her about the sandwich, and she said that's what I said in a sarcastic tone. Friendliness and nice manners are no longer important. Just pay and move on. I asked for sauce for my cheesesticks, and she said it's in the bag, and when we left, all I had was ketchup. I have always enjoyed Burger King. I am so sad to say that I won't be back. I refuse to pay for RUDENESS!

The Whopper & Cheeseburgers were too cold to even melt the cheese, so the "Meat Had Been Soaking In The Warmer In The Soy Sauce Mixture!" "FRESH OFF THE GRILL, MEANS FRESH OFF THE BROILER, ALL DAY LONG!!!"The "Casher Took The Right Order, But The Dam Jack Screwed Cook, Fix The Order Her Way!!!" NEVER, EVER AGAIN WILL, I PATRONIZE THAT BURGER KING, IN THE HEART OF TROY, AL!!! The Cook Is An "Idiot!" Keep in mind, we dined in too, what made it so much worst!!!

I made a purchase 4' Jr whoppers 2 with bacon and cheese. The order was $10.75, when I got home I live 30 miles away, I had 4 regular Jr whoppers. No Bacon! I tried calling 5 times, ,3 times the phone was picked up and hung up. Two times, it went to voicemail, couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. And I didn't get a receipt!
