My biscuits weren't done at all, had to take them back inside. They were white and flat, and I know they SAW that they weren't done when they took them out the oven and when they put them on my bag!!!!

We went inside and stood in line fore over ten minutes, no one would wait on us stayed behind counter waiting on drive through folks I guess. There was about six other people in line We just left and went somewhere else, this is not acceptable.

Only 2 employees.. the cook and the clerk ?.. so the clerk was handling money and food at the same time.. then while we were dining he stepped outside for a cigarette break as well as in the trunk of his car. Came back in didn't Wash his hands just carried on.

My wife wanted a $20 fill up box and some nuggets. We went to the drive-thru and they pulled us to the front parking spot for a minimum of 17 minutes (I started my stop watch a little bit late). The box finally came out and everything was ice cold. I took the box back inside and the lady who I spoke to was very nice however, someone behind the warmers made a few comments about, people always complaining about something. I was trying to get her attention to get my money back however, she could not hear me. They gave me some other like warm chicken that was probably just a little fresher than my original chicken in the same greasy, dirty box and the same old fries. I guess corporate does not send secrete shoppers to the stores any longer to see how these employees, who are supposed to be representing their store really act. If they do, I assume someone in upper management is giving the general managers of the store a heads up that they are coming and the employees put on a fake facade of how they really are. I understand you can't find people everywhere to work however, as the saying goes "Not all money is good money". Well not all employees are good employees. If the store has to shut down for a little while until it gets better employees, maybe that's the answer. People don't want to spend good money for bad food, and bad service.
