Put in the order online and still wasn't right. Potatoes in the soup were not fully cooked. BBQ potatoes asked for sour cream and no green onions neither request was done. Food was overall disappointing and very lacking especially for the price.

Don't be in a hurry to go and eat here. The staff practically ignored us at every turn. At first, I thought they only had 2 employees working so I had sympathy, but it turns out there were more working in the back. They apparently could only work on one order at the time. We ordered our food at 1:05, and did not receive our food until 1:50. Seems a little too long for this place. Have enjoyed other McAlisters, but I would steer clear of this one.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. The service was unfriendly and took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches when the restaurant was empty, aside from maybe 3 other customers. When we did get our food, it wasn’t right.

I was really looking forward to that baked potato for lunch. When I got back to the office, it was just a "clump". It could not be broken apart, no amount of sour cream or butter could help it. It was cold, dry and whole. I am not sure how else to describe it. This will probably be my last attempt at a baked potato for lunch.

So I don't know why I haven't tried this establishment before , but I am happy that I did. My 1st visit occurred when they opened at 10am; The atmosphere was nice and the inside is super clean. I was greeted upon walking through the door. The wait took approximately 20 minutes . However, for my 2nd -4th visits, I ordered online and didn't have to wait. My favorites are the loaded nachos and King club. It's so much food to eat. I also like that they open at 10am. I don't mind dining in; However, ordering online for pick up is better
Came in for lunch after helping our daughter move into her apartment. 7 of us in our group ordered at 12:52. We finally got our food at 1:40pm. Management doesn't schedule enough workers on their busiest day!

My wife, my pastor, and I came in at 8:30 pm Tuesday night, and we were told that the hot items had been put up. The sad part is we're from Ozark. Where is the service in today's society. With me being a pastor I refuse to speak of this on my television talk show. I own businesses myself, and I know how it feels to depend on sometimes ungrateful employees. They let us leave without service.
