Waited about 10 minutes for a table then another 10 for a server. Server seemed distracted and acted like we were interfering with her day or something. We ordered onion rings as an app when we ordered our drinks. When she brought the drinks she said I put that app in for you and we then ordered entrees. The salads came right out. It seemed to take a very long time to get the onion rings. When they finally arrived they were cold. Baked potato would not melt butter. Steak was ok. Server did not remove one single dirty dish from our table. We finally just started stacking them up in the corner. Smells better than it is.

Got seated right away because there was hardly anyone there. Should have seen the writing on the wall. If locals aren't there supporting during lunch, there's an issue. I hope the young man waiting on us was new. He didn't seem to know how to do the job. While waiting for our meal, he brought the family across from us their food and some rolls and looked at us and asked if we needed anything. I told him yes, some of those rolls would be nice and he looked at me like I was crazy and said he'd see what he could do. He did eventually bring us some. When you aren't half through with your meal and have to ask for a refill while the waiter is standing beside you and your empty glass next to the edge of the table and is asking if you need anything else, you realize, this may not be his calling. My husband's meal was fine, my chicken fingers were basically batter strips and so crispy that the chicken that was in them was hard. I told my husband that I felt cleaner coming out of the old convenience store restrooms "around back" with the big old key ring. We were passing through, but won't go back next time.

Service is slow orders are slow and they are out of stuff constantly… their main appetizer, the rolls and butter. Most ppl come here just for that and they are out.. the waitress said our fried cheese was taking long because the fryers are backed up, but a min later , we get them and they are barely warm. The bathroom smells like mildew or dirty mop water and the stalls are falling apart.. and it took forever for a kids hot dog with mashed potatoes and steak tips with a baked potato. They brought mini corn dogs instead of a hot dog and she tried to tell me that was their hotdog…the “manager” finally came over and said they were making my kids hot dog and my steak tips would be 2 min and asked if there was anything else she could do.. I asked her to box it up and bring me the check.. when that finally came, food was barely warm and even the potato, which we all know takes forever to cool off, was also just barely warm.. btw before anyone is like oh they must have just been busy.. there were barely 10 cars in the parking lot.. It’s ridiculous and We won’t be back.. piss poor management and service.

Chicken fried steak, horrible. Potato too cold to melt butter. Limp, browning lettuce. Out of rolls, waitress offered substitute, an appetizer- at full price. Manager made no apology or effort to correct. She gave measly $6 discount. They deserve negative stars.

Food was great, drinks were great, prices were reasonable. Service was a bit slow, though, which put a bit of a damper on the whole experience.

Terrible service , staff with poor attitude, quality of food poor. Talk to manager and a general manager ,about our over an hour wait for food and we our traveling through Alabama. Nothing offered but a coupon.

As we walked in we could tell there was only an hour left it was a Friday night, they were cleaning and what not, no big deal. Until it came to the customer service. Firstly, my best friend and I sat down and placed drink orders. When she brought the drinks back we ordered a trio with chips. 10-15 minutes later we receive rolls, as we start eating we realize we don’t have silverware or napkins. We ask for some the next time we see her, she brings one silverware and some napkins and says they only have one rolled. Another 15-20 minutes later we get our chips and salsa. ( not what we ordered but ate it anyway) She grabbed us some more drinks and we waited for our food or more rolls for about another 15-20 minutes. About 45 minutes after ordering our shrimp with steaks, med rare more rare with loaded potatoes and broccoli. We receive our plates with OVER DONE steak and cold potatoes with a chunk of butter in the middle just as cold. Since they were close in 10 minutes we decided to eat what we could of our broccoli and shrimp, we paid our tab and left. Just mind blown at how even in the last hour u can serve cold and over cooked food to people instead of just saying when we walked in that u were closed for the night or not taking anymore customers. They weren’t prepared for more people and shouldn’t have sent the food out that way! Just a shame and won’t be going back even though I pass it every week.

The service was slow and the quality of the food was completely unacceptable, the loaded mash were an awful taste mix of cardboard and cauliflower flavor (how can someone make bad mashed potatoes), the rice was still not well done, plus all the food was completely cold. I'm definitely not coming back, terrible experience all around.

Lots of food! Had a steak and couldn't finish, I'm so ashamed!! The rolls were amazing and the service was great. Thanks for a great experience!

Better than expected. Real mashed potatoes. Kinda high end prices on some items. Mixed drinks but no soda water ?

This is not my first bad experience with this place but it will be my last. The staff is every rude, no customer experience at all. Yesterday I ordered 16 oz Ribeye with Sante Fe potatoes and a salad also ordered the wagon full for a friend. Well hate to say the steak was tuff, potatoes hard, nasty and cold, salad brown . ? the wagon full was just disgusting for 37.99 steak tuff, ribs tuff, and chicken to spicy. Ordered green beans and found out when I get there that they were out also out of rolls. Get to my car and check my food to realize that the wagon full comes with onions and mushrooms which mines had none. Proceeded to go back in and ask why to get the front end manager with an attitude. Seriously they need to close this place. Bad food and poor customer service and they never want to refund you for their mistakes. The last 64.46 they will get from me for food I had to throw away. ? ?

Ribeye steak was a good cut for the money. If it was not spiced to death and poor quality.Kids steak bites were not edible. Tough as a boot! Big waste of money. Salads and service was awesome.

Chicken fajita had tough chicken, a small amount of onion and no sweet peppers. It was served with rice, sour cream and cheese and lettuce with brown edges. The only good food we had were the roles.

Terrible experience. From quality of food to how long it took to get it, we will never be back! We ordered appetizers for our entrees as well as two kids meals, it took AN HOUR to finally get our food. Not only was our sausage over cooked but one of the kids meals only had half a patty on it so I asked for a new patty. They took the basket and sent us back lots of hamburger pieces that were SCORCHED. My kiddo wouldn’t eat it, understandably and by the time we got the replacement burnt hockey puck burger, everyone else was done eating. We tried to give our kid some of our food but it wasn’t much better- we’re so frustrated by our experience. Time and money wasted, poor service even waiting a long time for bread and refills when it was 4:30pm and not busy at all. We’ll never go back!** UPDATE: the restaurant responded as if they wanted to resolve the issue but it appears to have just been for show since they never contacted me after I emailed them. Add bad customer service to my list of reasons I wouldn’t recommend SFCC!

When we finally received our food it was good. We waited at our table after ordering for 45 mins for our food. We got it that “fast” only because I spoke with a manager. The salad was brought out with the food, not beforehand. The waitress acted like she didn’t want to wait on us. She never refilled our drinks or bread. We had to ask for EVERYTHING, not once did she take the initiative to ask us if we needed anything. I could have understood her being inattentive if they were busy, they were not. The entire restaurant was only 1/4 full. Food was very good, the service was pathetic. Also, the manager said she would discount our ticket, she took off a whole $5?. My time was worth much more than $5. I would only recommend if you have hours to spare.
