Went to the Porch once back in college. When I walked in on of the bartenders was getting engaged. I'm also 90% sure that COVID-19 may have originated here. 10/10, would recommend!
I grew up in Troy and enjoyed the Front Porch frequently during college. It has been 24 years since I had been there and during a visit back to my hometown I had to stop in. It is still a hopping place. The service was good and it had a FANTASTIC band on Saturday night. Congrats on still going strong and being a great hang out.

I like coming here but they need more bartenders on busy nights, on those nights It almost never fails to literally be waiting for 45 mins at the bar to get a drink. Also why close at 2 when you have a full bar? 1:59 on the dot they’re screaming for everyone to get out as if they don’t want to make money. Where I’m from bars close at 4 or depending on how busy they are. It’s a little d*** to close when you have so many people in there and kicking them out so early?
