Great place first time trying 5 guys. We didn't know everything was separate and didn't come as a meal so we just ordered a burger a piece with a shake. Got our food which was 42 dollars and I'm like where the fries. He said you didn't order fries. I was like wow 42 dollars for a 2 burgers and a shake my wife food was undercooked so we returned it all and soon as we walked to the counter he was making us some fries on the house. She said her food was a little undercooked so he remade both our burgers and gave us plenty of fries to eat on. Great customer service will always make you come back no matter the price

Lately it seems I've been revisiting places I haven't been to in awhile. I came here for lunch on 9/5/23 right as they opened. It was me and another gentleman present.The inside was very clean and bright. The cashier was very cordial and polite while taking my order. She had a real mild demeanor and was patient.I ordered the little hamburger (all the way) All the way consisted of lettuce , tomatoes, grilled onions , grilled mushrooms, ketchup , mayo and mustard. I don't like Mayo so I skipped it. The little hamburger wasn't so little!!! It was very filling and freshly made. I also had some Cajun fries and they were amazing! It was so many fries for it to be the small size. I didn't even eat them all because it was just wayyyyyy too many fries. Fries were everywhere!! The service and food were both good. I really enjoyed this experience. This visit did not disappoint.

I like the fries a great deal. Unfortunately, even the price of the fries now has made me not want to go back! Over $7, sorry, five guys, sometimes good things come to sad end.

Walked in to get my order and you could tell bro at the counter was higher than a Boeing 757. He told me it wasn’t ready so I sat down and waited 10 minutes. Went back to the counter and bro told me he thought I left the store and that they stopped making my food. 10 more minutes later I get a whistle from the counter not even a verbal notice that my food is ready. Also the food was pretty mid XD probably would’ve had better fries and a burger from McDonald’s.

Just ordered online. I didn't get the burger I requested, even though it's listed on the receipt. They charge too much to not get what I asked for. And no one answered the phone listed on the website.

Moved from the Pinnacle fairly new place The burgers are a little pricey but it's well worth it they are better in my opinion than Freddy's make sure you specify grill onions or regular onions the grill onions taste best

Haven’t been here in almost a year, but we were craving a good burger so we went. Ordered burgers to go, picked it up from their window (they weren’t busy), only to get home with RARE burgers. That’s nasty and a health hazard.

Good, but VERY expensive. I can see the burgers being a bit pricey. But, fries AND drinks each cost as much as an entree at many places. Their prices have always been high. So, it does not seem related to current inflation. They have a tip jar out! We aren't getting table service. Just someone yelling our ticket number. Not sure what the tip is for except they don't pass the high prices along to their employees as decent wages.

This company needs to figure out what they are.. with these prices it shouldn't look like a fast food place.. if it does look like this.. then u can't charge 20$ plus for a meal and expect anyone to come back.. this is the 2nd time five guys has come to trussville and I'm sure it won't be here long.

Nice place, first time visiting this location and was caught off guard that they have no parks at the door, they reserved for the restaurant next door so you cant get front door service. Guess Five Guys customers are not that special. However the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Still overpriced in my opinion but what would i know about that. They couldnt even get no front parks at the door in the lease so what would i know about value...

It has been years since I last ate at Five Guys to the point of not knowing what the hype is about. My boyfriend treated me to lunch which I wasn't expecting because this isn't your typical place to eat unless you can afford it. They don't have combos which you have to order everything individually which can make a expensive meal. They do homemade fries and whatever size you get, they ended up adding extra in the bag. There burgers are tasty and the fries are well seasoned. You can take it to go or choose to eat at the restaurant, but I'll recommend eating there so you can take it all in while it's hot.

Hamburger was great, but it's really all about the fries, isn't it? Great service. Definitely pricey for a burger, but it's an infrequent treat. Will definitely be back.

The employees were great and super friendly; however, the food (especially for $25 for one person for a BLT, a little French fry, a milkshake, and a drink) was far from great. The BLT had hardly any mayonnaise on it, so I had to go get mayonnaise packets. The fries were undercooked and way, way oversalted. Both Freestyle machines were out of carbonation, so all the drinks tasted flat. I tried to get the sweet tea, but it was warm, so it tasted watery once it mixed with the ice. Everything, except the service, could've been better. It may have just been one of those days, but I was very disappointed, especially for the price I paid. I didn't want to be difficult and complain about every, single thing, so I ate what I could and threw the rest away. It may be a while before I attempt to go back because, overall, it was not a very good experience.
