One of the best fast-food restaurants we've encountered. Good food, low prices, efficient staff. Got a full breakfast for two for less than $15 - including eggs, sausage, hash browns, grits, biscuits and gravy, and beverages.We were so impressed we researched the Jack's history while we ate. We thought it was a simplified rebranding of Jack-in-the-Box (similar logos), but discovered it's a separate, Southern based chain specializing in offering a "taste of the South."We'll make Jack's locations a regular stop on our Southern sojourns from now on.

Betty's Bar-B-Q is fantastic! Man o man, the pinto beans juice was so thick! You can sop it up with your cornbread! The glazed carrots were so delicious. I had to take me some home! If you are a country girl like me, this is the place! I like the way they serve you tomatoes and onions on the side! Reminds me of my pawpaw! Go on, give Betty's a try! You will love it!

Went through drive thru and all the kids are too busy talking and getting orders incorrect. Confirmed two to three times with the cashier that I wanted a double cheeseburger burger and diet dr pepper only to get home and have a single burger with no vegetables and a sweet tea.

use the drive through but everyone is always super nice and the fries are never too salty. This is the only Jack's I eat at.
I was the only person in the drive-thru was pulled forward even though no one was behind me, had to wait twelve minutes for a three piece snack with fries and after receiving my food and getting back on the highway I reached into my bag and grabbed a chicken tender and when I bit into it I gagged !? it was dark so I couldn’t see very well inside my car so I had to turn the light on and when I did you could more than tell that the tenders were cooked in old grease and from my experience the grease should’ve been hotter bc the grease had saturated the breading instead of crisping it and if that weren’t enough the fries were not even freshly cooked in old grease that should’ve be changed (from my guess) the night before …they weren’t even warm to the touch. Not that I was going to try to eat them at all after gagging from the bite of the tender but I was just courteous and checked them to see if they were soggy…they weren’t but still u could tell the grease was old and they we’re definitely not fresh at all. This place is horrible

I had the boneless wings. Shorted me one wing and two were too hard to eat. Also shorted me an order of fries. The manager was a really nice guy, offered me another order. I told him don't bother, just check the orders. The chicken fingers are getting so bad that I am going to stop ordering them. I am not paying 7.00 for an order of finger that are smaller than my thumb.

I seen lots of inefficiencies while waiting too long for a very basic order. Food was good, as usual.
Stopped here for dinner. My wife's chicken was pink, all the crew we're just playing around, took them 15 minutes to get our order. My burger tasted like it was just left out and horrible. If you're desperate for food probably best to go somewhere else it's horrible

I am black and I hate to say this but it's the truth black people customer service there is horrible!!!! Today I went through the drive through on 3.21.2024 at approximately 6:45pm-6:51pmThe black guy with the gold and black dreads was so rude I order a (Large strawberry Oreo shake) and they gave me an large plain strawberry shake. (WRONG SHAKE) Soon as I pull off I realize my shake was wrong so I go back to the drive thru and order a large strawberry oreo shake, hoping I get what I want. I get to the window tried to give him the plain shake back he refused ( I get it) so he gave me small strawberry Oreo shake and told me I need to mix it with the plain strawberry one.Why do I have to take the small strawberry Oreo shake when I originally ask for a large!!! Why tell me I need to mix it with the plain strawberry!!! And then say it's the same thing!!!JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love their fries, they are some of the best in fast food!!!! They were just a little bit cold *this time* but that is not common for sure. It was my first time trying the milkshake, I got chocolate, and I was very surprised at how good it was!!! I don't think I'd even choose my previous fave over this one! My only wish was that it was blended just a tad more (or maybe a splash more milk? I dunno how they're made lol), so I didn't have to wait 15min to enjoy it ??
