Waited 20 minutes for a garden salad the ice machine doesn't work. After I waited over 20 minutes for a salad, I got to the car to eat my salad. All the lettuce was brown. I went back in to let them know. An employee came from the back eating and then drinking a bottled water she didn't wash her hand and just went and put her bare hands in some shredded cheese. When I saw that, I let the young man know I didn't want her to make my salad, nor do I want another salad.

First and last time. Placed take out order. Arrived and my pizza was $18. Gave cashier $100 Bill and she wants to give me my change in one dollar bills. Which would have been $80 dollar in ones. Asked for larger bills and her manager wouldn't open another drawer. Said they weren't supposed to take $100s. Come on! Cancelled the order. Will never go back

Went for dinner last night and let's just say it was a horrible experience. I live over 30 mins from here and placed my order before I headed over. I still have to wait about 40 mins when I got there.The ladies up front were way to busy talking amoungest thereselves.My pizza order was missing topping andI find out today that my lunch (Pizzoli) is still completely raw dough in the middle and inedible.This is completely unacceptable.Marcos used to be the spot but not anymore.

3/13/24 when to get dinner from here last night. I ordered a pepperoni magnifico XL and tried there chicken bacon ranch Pizoli.I didn't realize until after I got home that my pizza order was wrong and missing stuff I had added and today I go to eat the Pizzoli for lunch only to find out the dough is still completely raw on the inside and completely inedible.Overall I'd say it was a bad experience. Also it took forever to get my food. As for the girls that were up front they barley greeted me and were wat to busy talking amoungest there self and loudly at that. (Noone wants to here about your drama)I've tried calling multiple times and have been unable to get them to pickup the phone.Marcos used to be the best but there been going down hill.

Zeked again! Day 2 of bad restaurant experiences, in the same week! Lol. Went to a funeral that was postponed until next Saturday. Never heard of that before but it happened today. Thought we would salvage the trip across town with lunch at Niki's West. Strike 2! Closed on Saturday. Back to Trussville. Marco's pizza next stop. Ordered food, paid CASH! Gave me back change of 19 ones! Manager would not open register they had been using to give me 5's, 10, anything but 19 ones. So we're stuck now with enough change in ones to hit Sammy's strip club. Fountain drinks, no ice. They don't know what is wrong. Hasn't worked all day. Refund my money. We're out of here. No cash refunds! The Manager was a sure nuff jerk. We were scared to eat the pizza by now not knowing what they may have done to it. Chunked it! Learned lots more than I ever needed to know about Marco's pizza. I definitely know, no question about it, this was our last trip here!!! Won't step foot through their door again. I'm pretty sure they will be glad too. Lol

Great staff, fast service, good wings..Parking: It's a corner storefront with very limited parking (about 4 to 5 spots), but they tend to turn over quickly because they move fast inside on the go orders. It's like they've adapted to the parking situation.
The night shift needs training. Called in an order twice at this location. The order wasn't ready either time. The workers play to much not a professional atmosphere at all. I live in trussville but I will be driving all the way to the hoover marcos location from now on.

RUDE I ordered curbside and after sitting in the parking lot, after I clicked the link that I arrived and no one showed up, I called the location and they hung up on me. The next time I called the girl was so rude and after I gave her my name she just said “ok” and hung up…I didn’t know if she was coming out or not and when she did come out she didn’t say a word. Just handed the food and left. I’ll never be back. This place needs to go.
